I grew up staying here and it never disappoints!

The unit in our room only blew out hot air and was warm uncomfortable I left in the night to drive home that and people being loud

Loved the property, except they put us right by the elevator and were woken up every half hour by kids and people yelling and coming in and out of the elevators

I had a quick overnight for business in May 2025. The place was nice. The pool and hot tub were not filtering properly and we scheduled to be shut down the day I was leaving. They were still very nice just a little dirty. My bed was clean and so comfortable with nice linens. The breakfast buffet was not good and pricey for what was offered. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of an outlet mall so there is plenty of shopping. Bonus I saw a moose about 1/2 mile from the hotel.

Pools were very warm and the hot tubs were nice. Heated towels by the outdoor pool was great! Pool deck was a little dirty which always makes my skin crawl considering your barefoot. Our room was good size and worked well for our family. One of the beds mattress pad had a large brown stain all over the side of it which I didn’t notice till check out, really grossed me out. My kids loved the decor in the lobby. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was such a great place for me and the kids to stay. So much to do in the hotel and in the area. The room was clean and beautiful.

Very dated.

The room was too small for the furniture - a couch had been added to the room (not at our request) that blocked access to the window and heat/AC unit. Although there was a Honeywell heat/AC controller on the wall that didn't adjust the temperature. The controls that did were on the unit itself. We realized that after our first warm night. Overall the hotel is nice, the staff are very friendly and the location is convienient to the outlets but it definitely could use some upgrading (including the bathroom plumbing).

A good trip

Our first night the AC didn't work it blew out hot air. I went to the front desk asking for help. 3 times, it was never resolved. I was told to open the window. The woman working the desk just didn't seem to care. The next day Kaydee was working the front desk and within 10 minutes of telling her the issue, she has us moved to a new room. She was super sweet and apologetic. This is a property for families with small children
