The accommodations are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Our team members are consistently professional, amiable, and responsive to guest needs.

The restaurant was under repairs and it was not mentioned on the website. I was awakened by people yelling in the hallway at 1 and 5 in the morning. Other than that it was okay.

Do not prepay for this property until you’ve stepped foot inside. We had a reservation and went inside and the lobby was full of questionable guests that appeared as though they were living there. I don’t know for sure if this was the situation but it felt unsafe and sketchy enough that we decided to take the loss and find another hotel room in the city. Super disappointed!

Hotel was great for our family, however there were some issues with noise in the hallways late at night and a person who seemed to be lost trying to get into a room with the wrong card. Security/more security patrolling the halls at night might help guests feel safer and get a better sleep. 😊

Room was clean and updated. The A/C was louder than normal but kept the room cool during the hot summer days. The kids enjoyed the pool and water slide. Spacious room size. Cons: Other guests leaving garbage and towels in the hallway and lobby that didn’t get picked up. Intoxicated individuals hanging out outside the hotel. Intoxicated guests loud during quiet time/middle of the night security did come talk to them after called. “Pool” key wouldn’t work to operate the elevator.

When we first arrived, we noticed a number of rough looking characters in the parking lot and lobby area. The hotel is not in the nicest part of town. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was fun for the kids with the water slide, but it is really just a kids pool, not very inviting for adults as it is all very shallow. The on-site restaurants were both convenient and tasty. The room was simple and lacked power outlets for plugging in devices, but it was clean and when the sink didn’t drain someone came to fix it quickly.

Although the room was on the smaller side it was very clean. The pool area was lots of fun for our kids. We had a very early check-out so we did not sample the breakfast. My biggest complaint would be the air conditioning. It was a very loud window unit.

The hotel was clean, staff were kind, accommodating, and answered questions wonderfully. The hotel is next to a liquor store that got some questionable attention with a couple incidents the evening we were there that we saw through windows. Overall the location was safe as well and we’d stay again!

Highly unorganized place, the staff seems to be chaotic and does not know their job. Even after repeated requests they do not provide best service, the housekeeping left the door of our room opened, which we noticed in the evening when returned. Do not recommend to any body, at least who all will be coming with family, a strict no no. The staff does not know how to process or Cascade a given information. Double charged me for my stay, refund still awaited.

The room and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. I'd stay here again.

Had supper there thinking we were getting the buffett, but the waiter was hard to understand, but there was only a salad bar and dessert bar. The chopped hard boiled eggs were rubbery and the potato salad was tasteless. The breakfast was okay. At 6:00 am the alarm went off, not set by us. We could hear the music from the bar, so needless to say, our sleep was not very good and then to woken at 6:00 am. The bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain was not doing its job due to lack of correct placement.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, the only problem that I had was other guests where to rowdy at the early hours of night .

Room was clean, staff were available. Rooms carry noise from other rooms and hallways more than is normal. Very disappointed with our stay.

Terrible experience early in the morning had a rude wakening about 6:30 someone banging our door or the door next room yelling and shouting they scared my grandson

The other guest were not following the rules. Loud noises after 10 pm. So crowded hallway on quiet time. People were smoking and could smell in hallways.

I like the place it’s close to everything,staff is very friendly,but the Telivision only has local channel can’t connect to my nexflix
