Room was large. Shower powerful. Bed a bit too firm. Staff seem friendly. Bar area nice. Breakfast below par. Dried up fried eggs, bread for toasting not very nice. But overall it’s a nice hotel.

Bit of an sanitary smell in the hallway upstairs nothing in walking distance apart from petrol station opposite

Feels like home away from home. So friendly. From the front desk to the bar. Rooms are great. Has access to channels on the TV. Great if you’re heading to Soho Farmhouse or local events. Thank me later

The superior double room was really nice

We stayed in a Superior double room for the first time, its quite a lot better than the standard rooms we've stayed in many times previously! We are regular visitors, the Holt Hotel has become our annual pre-Christmas getaway, so I'm sure we'll be back :)

Had loft room, it was clean and conformable, shower not suitable for someone tall. Not suitable for less able as there are two flights of stairs to get to room. Staff very helpful and booked dinner table at short notice. Dinner was good and service excellent. Breakfast was ok, but hot good had been under heat lamps and a little dry
