Location, location, location… The Cleopatra Palace beachfront when you come up the steps to the exit and the beautiful sea views.. Met by staff at check in - champagne offered, room ready 2 hours early, escorted to our room. Very classy. Pool area is awesome, breakfast excellent, rooms a little dated but a wonderful stay. Highly Recommend 👏👏

This a good hotel specially regarding location and amenities around. The building is nice as well but need more maintenance as it’s very old. Need to improve and do maintenance in the pool and also rooms. The breakfast it’s not fantastic, very usual and nothing special. The coffee machine is disaster, ( really worth to change it to better one), pastries are very good. Staff are very nice and helpful as well.

Highly recommend this hotel, amazing location on the beachfront next to the shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be returning here again soon.

We loved our stay at the hotel however one criticism i have is when we checked in the receptionist told us we could have a late checkout as we were leaving in the evening but she didn't tell us that there was a 10 euro per hour charge we thought this was very unreasonable as we had spent a lot of money during our stay

Hotel in an excellent position opposite the beach. Room was spacious as was the balcony and with plenty of seats. Pool area is very good with plenty of sun beds although there are still ‘bed bookers’ Breakfast catered for all tastes being extensive. Although there did not appear to be a restaurant in the Cleopatra, the 3 restaurants in the Mediterranean Palace are available for Cleopatra guests. Not expensive and with 20% discount very reasonable, not busy and good food. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing

Our first visit to Tenerife and this hotel was marvellous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, we paid for the larger patio with pool on the patio - this was cold which was a little disappointing. Though there is a tap to add water, most of the time it only offered cold/cool water. The pool may have heated more on other patios that received more sun but ours was in shade except for a 1-2 hrs/day. Close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, nightlife and there is a long boardwalk area that you can walk along the coast for miles/kms!

Kettle in room would be a big plus

Breakfast was excellent and staffs were very friendly. Location was very nice.

Hotel is very tired and dilapidated Renovation is due but it hasn’t been touched since 1990s

Just had a lovely stay at the Cleopatra Palace. Hotel is in a great spot, right on the front, use your room key to open gate onto the front. Hotel is situated on the golden mile, so many choices for food and drink and plenty of shops. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection. Plenty of sun beds by the pool (pool was a bit cold). Only downside is the hotel is starting to look tired, needs renovating but other than that! It’s our 2nd stay and will be back again.

The arrival and check in was amazing. Sinthia on receotion was outstanding!! Super efficient and friendly and did everything to ensure we had the very best service and experience. I cant praise her highly enough. Incredible.

Absolutely amazing hotel . Breakfast beautiful . The piano playing whilst eating breakfast was just magical . Staff very friendly . We shall be returning in march . Outstanding visit .
