Amazing place, so relaxing. Will definitely be going back

Unfortunately our stay was marred by a well worn carpet in the room .Reported it to reception .Reimbursed us 25 pounds and told us the room was highlighted for refurbishment .When booking a high quality hotel we expect a high standard .Unfortunately this was not met and we were very disappointed.

Lovely hotel, clean and good service from friendly staff who know a lot about the local area.

Everything about Gisborough Hall Hotel suited us perfectly. The room was comfortable and had everything that we could want. The meals were all excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. And there was plenty of parking. There was nothing to complain about.

Loved our stay here-everything was really good , the staff, the food, the room and the ambience . Will definitely return.

Amazing location, very ‘British stately home’. Room was lovely, a good size space and bathroom. Very hot night and windows only opened about an inch, (view was of a building site but looks like part of hotel improvement), found out in the morning we left there’s a fan in the cupboard which would have been good to know on arrival!! Only criticism would be the TV that would look small in a caravan so looked lost on the opposite wall, no streaming services to log into and the time on the planner was wrong so all the programmes were out of sync! We didn’t come to watch tv so not the end of the world but expect better compared to other hotels in its class. Breakfast was top quality with a good choice.

Annex room was fantastic and friendly, helpful staff

Breakfast first class

The staff were very well trained, being attentive and request were dealt with in a timely manner. We singled out Noah for his help during breakfast, a charming and attentive young man. Small problem with the shower, however the room was fine. No A/C but not expected in a building of this age.

Super helpful staff at check in who helped sort a problem that I created ! But they were kind and nothing g was too much trouble to sort. Same with staff in bar and restaurant. Comfy room and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was very good

Luxurious country house hotel with amazing dining. Great location near North York Moors. The team were really helpful as we had an early start on Sunday morning and they did everything they could to help us with that.

Lovely country setting. Quiet location. Magnificent grounds and grand architecture. Stately yet charming.
