Un hotel que está cumpliendo 25 años y se mantiene como un icono de Mendoza. Muy bonito, con un personal muy atento. El único detalle es que el restaurante principal en las noches solo atiende de jueves a sábado y nosotros llegamos el miércoles. Tienen una opción con carta limitada en el bar.

Excellent hotel in all respects. Chose it for convenient location, pleasantly surprised by the luxe facilities. Very nice, extensive but pricy breakfast buffet, and very good lunches in the balcony bar. Will definitely stay here on any return visit.

We like the hôtel very much. Very well located. Beautiful park just in front of the hôtel. We were a bit surprised be the casino of which we are not fans.

O melhor hotel de Mendoza!

The property was beautiful, very clean. Wonderful restaurants, bars and a great space. The location was in the center of the city of Mendoza and beer walkable. Plus there's a casino, if that's your thing.

El aire acondicionado esta de frente a la cama, ens un poco incomodo

There was too much noise coming from the hallways and floor above. You could hear doors slamming shut at all hours of the night. This made for a poor sleep.

Lovely place though it needs a bit of a uplift. The furniture and style is a bit outdated I would say. Very clean though and the staff were really fantastic.

It was smack dab in the middle of town! easy to walk everywhere and convenient to be picked up for different activities

O Hyatt foi uma decepção! Nós escolhemos conhecer Mendoza durante a Festa da Vendimia onde o Hyatt tem papel importante. Entretanto, não poderíamos imaginar que as diária absurdas não incluíssem os eventos do próprio hotel. Apesar da localização privilegiada, durante as festividades o Hotel se preocupa mais em faturar com eventos privados do que acolher seus hóspedes. Os eventos realizados no hotel são cobrados a parte e pior, no momento do check-in já não haviam mais ingressos disponíveis para os hóspedes. Ou seja, os hóspedes são obrigados a conviver com pessoas estranhas, num verdadeiro caos… sem ao menos poder usufruir da programação.
