The room cleaning was good, but a lot of water pooled in the shower enclosure, perhaps due to an issue with the floor's slope.

Great place to stay with good location. A bit old. I expected more for “Park Hyatt”. In the rooms there are old clocks (makes it feel not luxury or premium). However the service was great.

This is THE HOTEL where to stay in Mendoza. Everyting is closeby and worked around this area to enjoy.

I was pleased with my room. The mountain view was large and comfortable. The hotel staff were always kind and helpful. I had an excellent massage in a beautiful spa. There’s a well appointed gym. I highly recommend this as a home base for excursions from the city.

The Lady from Front desk was helpful for checking in earlier than expected with a ready room. The morning shift Concierge were prompt & keen. Staff were professional during check-in & check-out. Doormen from late noon or evening shift were rather relax & busy with own personal distraction on their mobile phones (FIFA?!). Casino is in the establishment if you are interested. Location wise is very strategic for walking around to F&B outlets & souvenirs shopping.

Nice place with nice service and good location

All the employees know what they are doing. The concierge had very good suggestions for visits to the vineyards since everyone of them was memorable. Breakfast is superb and the restaurant staff is always ready to serve you.

The hotel is somewhat old-fashioned, but the warmth and excellent attention from the staff, the exquisite breakfast, and the outstanding service more than make up for it! On top of that, the location is fantastic and the free parking lot is a plus. Also the spa staff were fantastic!

Un hotel que está cumpliendo 25 años y se mantiene como un icono de Mendoza. Muy bonito, con un personal muy atento. El único detalle es que el restaurante principal en las noches solo atiende de jueves a sábado y nosotros llegamos el miércoles. Tienen una opción con carta limitada en el bar.

Personnel could be more attentive and friendly to improve the experience

Excellent hotel in all respects. Chose it for convenient location, pleasantly surprised by the luxe facilities. Very nice, extensive but pricy breakfast buffet, and very good lunches in the balcony bar. Will definitely stay here on any return visit.
