Hotel was fantastic up graded to suite for our anniversary, but food wasn’t great

Loved our stay. Superb hotel!

It was a nice place clean and quiet. There weren't many options for vegetarians. Breakfast should have been included in the price.

Good location, easy to find. Staff were friendly and the room was lovely. The family room was spacious and the bathroom was great.

Great location. The double twin bed is a good size for two people. Basically a Queen in Canada/USA. Staff super friendly and speak English, Dutch and probably more languages.

Very clean, quiet, and spacious room with comfortable bed, fridge, and Nespresso machine. A bit far from the city central and there's only one restaurant nearby, but you can easily take a bus for one euro or there's a couple supermarkets and fast food joints that are a five minute walk away.

Would stay here again the room is cozy and nice the staff is amazing

Location was good. Close to the main road, and walking distance to the centre of the town with free parking. Breakfast was good and helpful staff.

This is a fantastic hotel if you’re planning to be out during the day - the building noise was, at times, awful and there’s no other place to be able to work from. A day of no water (known but not advised until the morning of the supply issue, and then only a notice in the elevators) meant no flushing toilets and no hand washing facilities - no alternatives were offered. My room was changed on the first day as the toilet roll holder was so badly positioned it stopped the loo seat lifting up - the room I was moved to had already had this fault rectified so it was a known problem they’d not sorted out in other Junior Suite rooms. Breakfast is good, the same every day, lovely coffee. I opted out of having my room attended each day and was rewarded with a drink from the bar each evening.

I do not have enough positive things to say about this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was beautiful with great facilities, as well as being on a bus route into the centre of town. I would happily return and recommend.

Good location, easy access, parking availability in site very handy, internet access worked great and easy to connect, good coffee and hospitality. Great stay, recomend despite COVID times with some facilities not accessible due to the current situation but no problem, we understand. Thank you.

Nice for a one-night stay. Very friendly service, good breakfast. The town center is about a 25 minute walk.

Lovely clean rooms and friendly service, a little far out from town centre but overall a great stay

Overall my stay was good. Staff were friendly and attentive and were more than happy to have a chat. Rowan was very friendly and welcoming. They've only just opened up again after lockdown. so a few teething issues. I paid for breakfast but got a phone call 2 days in saying I said I didn't want breakfast anymore which was odd because I paid extra for all days. Then on the last day they didn't bring breakfast despite me telling them I needed it for 7am because of an early flight. I'm awaiting a refund for the last day. But generally good and will be back in future.

The bed was comfortable - slept very well. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Lovely hotel. Easy access to motorway and amenities. Brilliant restaurant with some amazing food.

Safe but expensive very overated having stayed at B and b in France the night before for only 50 euros it made this hotel extremely expensive for what it was. Even ontbijt (breakfast) was extra. Its not even in town centre. Easy to find and nuce staff apart from grumpy ladies who prepared the breakfast. I wont stay again. Too expensive for what it was although excellent bed and pillows. It was also noisy being on main road.

Dated hotel, with no air con in 30 degree heat. We couldn’t leave the windows open because of the traffic noise.
