Clean room

Everything was ok nothing that I would say was amazing example the machine to get bottled water was broke

Our room was dark and a dungeon. Our carpet had spots where there were clearly leaks coming from somewhere. Our bathtub had hair in it. Kids running up and down the halls playing Nicky Nicky nine door. The pool and hot tub were so packed with kids from a sport team that we couldn’t even get in. They stayed in there till 10pm. The next morning was quieter so we had a chance to get in. But we only staying in for 5 minutes. The sun shone on the water and all we could see was an oily film, toe jam floating and even a fake nail. Cookie smashed on the stairs to the pool from the night before. The floor was disgusting. Clearly they don’t have a pool person. The cleaners that clean the rooms must only have time to upkeep that area as well seems like. Will never stay there again.

One of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel to date!!

The hotel room was clean. We got a room beside the pool on the main floor. Had a door which was nice to go in & out to tye pool. Worried that it eould get loud by the pool but respectfully when it closed st 10pm it was quiet. There is a separate small hot tub. AC was a bit loud but it did kept the room cool enough. The shower water pressure was weak. The faucets would leak and got a few of my belongings wet just had to move it farther way and wipe it with the towel each time I washed my hands. Went during the week, less visitors and it was nice. 2 restsurants- Chops & Denny's. Close to McDonald's, Arby's, KFC and Seafood city, also close to the cheaper ESSO gas station. Parking in front and back of the hotel.

Room was clean and nice for the price, I advised I wanted a late check in which they accommodated, however I kept getting the door knocked on by housekeeping despite telling them I was still in the room so a bit rushed to get out. Amenities appeared to be nice however did not use anything. Outside of the hotel is okay, however several transient drug users have taken to hanging out in the front area, as well as sleeping in the entrance of the Denny's which is attached the to the hotel. Although this is pretty typical in Edmonton so nothing against the hotel. The main doors are access by key card so pretty secure in the hotel for the most part. Room was nice and had a clean and nicely renovated bathroom and sleeping quarters. Overall nice hotel for the price, especially if you get a room in the 100-150 range.

Room was surprisingly sound proof. Quite warm despite having the AC on. Room wasn’t cleaned or restocked even though we put out the appropriate signage for the service

Other than that super busy pool and hot tub and the broken elevator, this hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. We had a suite in the tower and it was clean and the furniture comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay it was my first time using Expedia I saved around $200 on our hotel!!!

It was great location wise for where our sporting event was, but it was defiently very dirty. I was expecting the sandman west to have similar standards to the Sandman in Sherwood Park. Our room was not clean and our sink was still full of rhyme and it looked like black stuff splattered inside of our sink as well as a lot of crumbs left on the floor. The pool was very full of Young hockey kids which is fine but there was no one there just overseeing and keeping it tidy. We woke up the next morning and the table we sat at was absolutely disgusting so even overnight as no one was in the pool area. no one came to come and clean it. The chairs were a mess. Everything was very disorganized and just honestly it felt very dirty. From the moment we stepped in the stairs were full of gunk and garbage and just very not taking care of a well. My mom and dad also stayed in a room where their toilet leaked and the plumber came to fix it and left all of the dirty wax ring and the grease from it and all of his tools in their room so when they came back, they couldn’t even utilize your bathroom and then had to call another plumber and then when that plumber left, they still left cleaning supplies in the bathroom definitely not worth staying when you’re paying that much for a room and the cleanliness just isn’t there I didn’t even feel comfortable walking on bare feet in any of the hotel rooms with all of the messes and stuff that we ended up finding

The staff was friendly and helpful No elevator in hotel and though we were only on the 2nd floor we needed to wait for staff to help us carry items up to our room. The room was ok , the view was that of the swimming pool so we had to keep curtains closed, it also had the smell of chlorine throughout the room and was noisy during the early morning and late evening
