The pictures for the suite we booked did not match the room we were assigned. We were offered an upgrade on our last night of our four night stay. We declined. The hot tub was not working, it was down for maintenance but it looked like it had been that way for a few months. The rooms were clean the hotel is located close to the attractions we were interested in. The night clerk was very helpful.

Hot tub down, bathroom sink did not drain well at all and toilet once flushed did not refill as the plunger was stuck. Will not stay here again. Not worth the money.

I think a bit more effort could be put into the cleaning. A upgrade in furniture would also be a good thing, and the removal of the carpets.

My biggest complaint here was the pillows. They are extremely thick, to the point I couldn't use them. I had to fold up the extra blanket in the closet and use that. They also said they didnt have any different ones, however they were apologetic. Hotel layout is a bit confusing, but fine once you get used to it. Pool is awkward. Our room didn't look out over it, it actually looked directly at the balcony of someone else's room who looked over it, which is a strange choice. The pool also doesn't seem to have much to entertain kids but maybe that's normal. I don't think I'd stay here again, but it's this particular sandman, not the chain itself. I've stayed at others with no issues, but this one wasn't for us.

Clean hotel - nice staff , Denny’s and chop was convenient. Pool area was nice I didn’t use it Beacuse it was very busy but and the hot tub is closed but overall I’d stay again . The upkeep and cleanliness alone was nice

Great place to stay and great location

Because I stayed for 8 days, the lady asked if I wanted to have the room cleaned every second day which I agreed to so there was no need to put the maid service sign up as it was documented for this. They didn’t come to clean so on the 4 th day, I requested clean towels, etc and toilet paper until they can clean my room at 1:00. They brought them but forgot the toilet paper. When we got back to the room, it wasn’t cleaned. The next morning, we were out of toilet paper. I called the front desk and they eventually brought us some. Again they didn’t clean our room. It was not done for the entire 8 days. I’ve always had excellent service at this hotel in the past and that is the reason I always stay at the tower in this location
