We selected Ramada by Wyndham Weimar since they offered a swimming pool. Otherwise we would have chosen a hotel downtown of Weimar. However, their swimming pool was not open, in repair, and should not have been listed under their facilities. Very disappointing. In addition, the breakfast was boring, all the same. In addition, one day they did not have scrambled egg, since this was not delivered, but no substitute was offered. The choice of breakfast is good for one-night stay, but not for three nights.

1. Double payment ; lucky that it was found on the receipt 2. A bathroom which should be designed for seniors and was not informed 3. No complimentary water; no bar service at room, no water boiler, no even cups at room 4. No cleaning even requested 5. Staff not helpful when asking about hot water

All was perfect.

Pleasant stay in open, friendly and calm atmosphere. Plenty of parking space.

We stayed here while visiting friends in Weimar. The hotel itself is located a short distance (a couple miles) from what I would consider the geographic town center. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. My wife is very particular about where she stays while traveling and, while this wasn't her favorite hotel during our trip, it met her standards. The hotel

The Overall condition of the property got disappointing from our last visits in this hotel. Additional charges for parking and for pool towels were requested. Room interior was also not at that level which we were used to. Double room booked, only a single glass available mini bar not filled, no nit disturb tag available.

Check in wasn’t great. A person with a “security service” / Sucherheitsdienst checked us in and we struggled with our communication. I am German just saying..we got checked into a room where someone was already staying and received a half hearted apology. Upon my return to the reception my registration card was still on the desk so I guess my personal details were up for grabs that day 😲 we tried to order room service but nobody picked up the phone, the in room shirt press was broken but couldn’t be replaced or fixed as we needed to dry a shirt we were at least offered to use the hotel dryer. Room key stopped working 3 times during a 4 night stay. Breakfast was good but very busy. Pool area is very nice. Overall we enjoyed the facilities but service is a bit poor. Checkout was very efficient and friendly though!

Nice hotel, however, it could do with faster lifts or better signs to stairs. The carpets in the main area were a bit dated and a bit soiled. Other than this, the hotel was really good value for money and would love to give 4.5 if I could.

Good 20 min. bus connection to town. True 4star hotel with good wifi. Quiet area.

Short stay overnight

Stayed here one night on route to Dresden arrived late 7 pm ,room comfortable ate at restaurant plenty to eat and tasty

Needed an overnight between destinations. This turned out to be a good choice. I suspect it might be a little hard to find, but I had GPS.

Great stay. Good food on the buffet. And room service for my grandson. Easy to park, easy to check in. Not used to keycard type and thought it was deactivated, but in fact, we didn't know to insert quickly and pull out.

The matras was very bad. Further the room was quite dusty. Dinner and breakfast were ok.

No hot water in morning for shower. Very limited choice of food in evening meal....most menus not avaialble in english and staff in restaurant did not speak english.
