Chambres vieillissantes, manque de controles

Service was not up to scratch at all, food was very average, a three-hour wait for a main course and a dessert, both very average and not even served at the same time. The staff were very young, unqualified, and the management was incompetent. Everything else was very good, the location was amazing, the room and bedding were good quality. We had a great time, but we had to go and eat elsewhere.

Recently remodeled Spa oriented hotel with a gorgeous ocean view with Saint Malo in the distance. The rooms are very well decorated, a bit on the smaller side but it is Europe after all. The spa has also been remodeled and it is beautiful. The breakfast was very good. It is a very nice option if you are planning to visit Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo while mixing in some amazing spa time.

The staff were incredible and the food was amazing. Book a sea view if you can as it was a lovely way to wake up. Take the walk along the coast to Dinard if you are able bodied !

The family room was beautiful although we had to remind them to make the sofa bed for our child. The spa was amazing, just was the doctor ordered. There were treatments one can book as well as dining options. In the room, there were not much electrical outlets to charge our electronics and they were all weirdly placed. Should have been closer to the beds and tables. There were bathrobes and slippers in the room but the slippers were not for use in the spa which I find wasteful as we had to purchase extra slippers for the spa. It would have been better iif the slippers provided in the room were allowed in the spa as it is a spa hotel afterall. Nevertheless, it was a great overnight stay.

Très bonnes installations de thalasso, chambre très spacieuse et confort. Pas mal de monde cela fait un peu usine mais normale en période de vacances.

Second stay at Emeria. Can't wait to go back. Expensive but good value. The rooms have been redone as has the pool area and it's all top notch. Water-view rooms are amazing as it's such a beautiful coast. The staff is mostly excellent. Perfect place to go "hide" for a few days. Access to the coastal trail right from the hotel property and an easy walk to the town. Overall amazing.

Excellent relaxing stay, the hotel facilities were exceptional and totally a 4 star hotel, however, the room we had was not at the same standard. Whilst it was lovely it was not luxury and had some small issues. Having said that, would return again.

Fabulous hotel. Recently improved the spa facilities and they are superb. Excellent breakfast. Lovely relaxing ambience and stunning location.

L’hôtel est parfait : situation, chambres, bassins, personnel Par contre un gros point noir la restauration : plats à la carte horriblement chers et mal cuisinés et beaucoup d attente Petit déjeuner copieux mais viennoiseries pas assez cuites donc pas croustillantes Il faut changer de chef !!

Prachtige ligging. Veilig voor de kinderen. Mooie dinerlocatie in de ontbijtzaal. Het personeel bestaat uit een vreemde combinatie van vakidioten, werkstudenten en ambtenaren.
