Good stay and nice breakfast. Pool hours is strange, as a guest I am away during the day and will not be able to use it

Parking is underground so Cool in the Heat of Seville but a very strange layout with lots of pillars and random parking by guests. It's 2 floors up to the lobby to check in and on the day we were there after waiting ten minutes for the lift which did not move from the 6th floor, walked up 2 floors to find on the lobby level an under maintenance sign... Check in a little slow not all computers in use around 4pm. Staff were helpful and said they would update signage. We had a Junior Suite booked and it was a good size and comfortable, just little issues, A/C not turned on Prior to our arrival so warm in room, Safe not working (think it needed batteries) Only 1 robe and slippers, Mini bar not very cold and lid of Bidet didn't stay up, Not enough to spoil our stay but easy fixes if Hotel took a little time to check. We had the Full Board which turned out to be a buffet arrangement for the Evening meal and Breakfast, Both were Ok with plenty of seating and choice although food could have been hotter. This is the 5th or 6th time we have stayed at this hotel and I think the lowest standard so far which is a shame. Nice location and convenient for Plaza de España

We booked a family room for four for a two‑night stay. The photos online looked great, and the lobby initially gave us hope—it’s huge and impressive at first glance. But once we settled in, it became clear the hotel has seen better days. It feels stuck in the early ’90s, with worn-out furnishings and a generally dingy atmosphere. Breakfast was the biggest issue. While the food and selection was very good, the hotel hosts tour groups, and the dining area was overwhelmed. Imagine trying to eat while hundreds of people zigzag around you, bumping into you, all while the noise is absolutely deafening. Not exactly the morning experience we wanted. The one bright spot was the staff. Every employee we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Crisol Jardines de Córdoba! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the pool and gardens were perfect for relaxing after exploring Córdoba. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is a Ok hotel for one night

Not a 4 star hotel as depicted. Dirty, air conditioner doesn't work, very humid in rooms. I was changed rooms 3 times, until the 4th room the a/c kinda worked. Very dirty, stay away.

Muy decepcionado con mi experiencia en [NOMBRE DEL HOTEL]. Hice una reservación para cinco personas (tres adultos y dos niños) y, al llegar, el hotel indicó que la reserva era únicamente para tres adultos. A pesar de mostrar la confirmación de mi reservación, la administración no ofreció ninguna solución ni asistencia para resolver el problema. La falta de atención al cliente y de disposición para ayudar convirtió una situación que podía haberse solucionado fácilmente en una experiencia muy frustrante. Esperaba un mejor servicio y un trato más profesional. No recomendaría este hotel a quienes busquen un servicio confiable y una atención adecuada a sus huéspedes.

Room was old and had stain from mildew. If you want air conditioning look somewhere else. They say they have it but it barely works. Overall, the staff was generally polite but the beds were uncomfortable, we had hair from someone else in our bathroom and would have loved to have working air conditioning.

Beautiful room and pool lovely! We paid €80 for one night with free parking and a room with a double and one single bed. For the price we were waiting to find faults but none! Perfect!

The staff was so helpful, we had an issue with the AC in our room, they made sure to go above and beyond to get it resolved and upgraded our stay and offered a complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Incredibly helpful staff. The breakfast was probably the best I have encountered for a hotel. It was a bit windy and cold when we were there so couldn’t enjoy the outdoors as much but pool area was very nice. And clean and very nice spa (impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail). Had no issues walking outside the property- the area is certainly up and coming. Highly recommend.

This place is nothing but a late-70s convention center that has been heavily overused ever since. The rooms are basic, dark, and ours had a non-stop, keeping-you-awake noise. ​Location-wise, it’s a solid half-hour away from Seville's historic center. You have to pay the hotel 18 Euros for parking, and then you’ll spend just as much once you get to the city. An Uber to town sets you back 15 Euros each way, making this an absolutely terrible option for tourists looking to visit Seville. ​Our experience was particularly awful because we booked through Hotels.com. Not only did they charge us double, but we were also downgraded to an inferior room than the one we actually booked—even though I am a Platinum member. Extremely disappointed with Hotels.com. ​The breakfast is good, but trying to get a table or just a cup of coffee among 200 people is a complete nightmare.
