Breakfast was great

Great location in León, close to the Camino. I slept very well, and the excellent breakfast gave me plenty of energy to walk the next stage.

Major disappointment was that the room was absolutely nothing like the photos. A single room was comparable to staying at a YMCA. Clean, but really dated, probably much like from when it was built. Not worth the cost and barely a 3 star. Place was noisy, not comfortable. The staff are good, and doing the best they can. I don't know where the room pictures are from, but not the room I was placed in.

This is a very solid hotel which is quite closely situated to downtown. It's very close to the train/bus station/car rental which was great. There are close places to eat meals. The staff was really great and friendly!

The hotel is almost 90 years old (sincer 1932), so you have to admire first of all the good maintenance. The reception team îs very profesional, welcoming and careful. The cleaning team îs fast and highly efficient. The breakfast team is doing it's best, but overcrowded moments are difficult to handle. The location îs great, în San Marcos Grand Via. Leon îs charming. Yes, I would stay there again.

Affordable single room, helpful staff, flexible breakfast times, close to services and sights. Hope yo return on next trip to Leon.

The hotel was a ok but the shower/bath was tiny and shower curtain stuck to you as you showered because it was so small. It was also looking a bit grubby and could do with redecorating. Also, because of the décor and flooring, the sound reverberates around the hotel and noisy guests coming in at 2 in the morning shouting makes it very unpleasant.

This hotel was older but well maintained and clean. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the front desk staff were kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

No wifi connection in the room. Was told it was due to the location of our room which is at the end of the hallway.

The ceiling was cracked, the curtain panel was ripped out of the wall, no a/c on a sweltering day. The a/c unit is in the room but wasn’t functional. Outdated fixtures and a bad smell. The bed is just a thin mattress on a platform frame, no box spring. As soon as I walked in, I wanted to leave but had already given my payment info. This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Also, even though it is just a half mile from city center, the walk felt unsafe for me at night and I was asked for money and cigarettes.

This hotel is "skidding", if it is truly rated as 3-Star! The room was quite small and very poorly furnished - and the bathroom was little more than a closet: one had to "straddle" a pointed sink top to access the toilet. AND, there was no TV channel offering any English-language programs. This is the first hotel in Spain I've experienced that didn't offer at least one English language channel. I wouldn't stay there again - if you offered to pay me! You need to review this dump again....

Se oye mucho lo de las habitaciones contiguas y del piso superior…. Voces, pisadas, baño….

El hotel está bien situado . El acceso al hotel malo, muchas escaleras. No está preparado para gente con necesidades especiales. Y el baño está en muy malas condiciones.Necesita una reforma urgente. En cuanto a la limpieza bien

el hotel es de la prehistoria. Bastante deteriorado. mucho polvo. hay pensiones que están mejor. El servicio y el personal bueno y muy por encima de las instalaciones. No se que tendrá que ver con la cadena "Eurostar", pero los amenities y las servilletas en el desayuno eran de Eurostar

Vanha, minkä huomaa, mutta ihan hyvä

Ademas de viejo,tuvimos una fuga de agua en el aire acondicionado y se nos mojaron varias cosas . En ningun momento tuvimos la posibilidad de cambiar de habitacion ni tuvimos ningun descuento o mejora en la factura. Por lo tanto para mi horrible y no volveria ni loco . MENOS MAL QUE SOLO FUE UN DIA
