Front desk gal was great who checked me in and the convenient food choices are close.

It's worth paying a few extra bucks for a riverside room if you enjoy seeing something beautiful outside of your window. Really nice walk along the river and park across the bridge.

Good place

Sink was clogged and had to wait over an hour for it to be fixed. Iron I g board was broken.

Very clean, I wouldn’t call it upscale but was plenty nice. Felt a little expensive for a dated “upscale” hotel.

Great customer service

We had a great stay, they were super busy, but check in was quick and easy. We were in town for an event and Uber was a quick easy ride to the location and back to the hotel. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the space in the room. Every employee we encountered was friendly!

This property continues to be my go to for the spokane Valley. It's safe, clean, and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, beautiful view of the river from our room. Easy access to the Centennial trail for a morning run beside the river. Walking distance to Twigs for dinner and to the movie theater for after dinner. Good breakfast, and all for significantly less money than the other places we were considering. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stay on the east side of Spokane. Only negative is the bathroom is very basic, recommend an upgrade for the next remodel.

First night was great. No room clean second Day which is fine. But i did ask for clean towels several times. The maid was on my floor when i headed to pool so i set dirty towels out in front of door. Thinking she would replace with clean. She did not I asked at front desk even said i didnt mind just grabbing some. No towels. Called down again no towels. So sunday morning had a shower with no towels. Their remedy was "sorry they would look into it." I think at 220 a night towels should be expected. Day day whifh js fine
