Somehow, in the two or three weeks since we last stayed at this property, things have deteriorated. On check in we were told that the elevator doesn’t work. I also saw where the downstairs restrooms near the lobby didn’t work either. Plus the lock to our hotel door was malfunctioning so it took a bit to get the card to accept it. We ended up going back down and getting a new card. None of these by themselves are major issues, but put together it seems to indicate some sort of maintenance neglect. I hope planes can improve because everyone on staff is quite nice… The property is older but well kept up for the most part.
