Very nice property. Very family friendly and easy access to the beach. Great amenities and pretty clean facility. Our room seemed like it was old and worn down.

Hotel cancelled our stay the day of our trip. They overbooked. Ruined the entire weekend I booked 2 months in advance.

Great location. Plenty of amenities though not well communicated. Condo needs a little TLC bathroom fixtures falling off wall. Patio was on a busy street.

Beautiful resort in a great location!

We brought out grandkids on a trip to CA. This was a great place to stay, easy access to the beach and Legoland. The facilities were great! The only thing we had a problem with was that the room was only cleaned the day before we left.

The photos of the property are not accurate. I was disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the room. The whole property needed maintenance, and the same for the room specifically. From paint chipping off the walls and every piece of furniture to the mold in every corner of the bathroom. I was not happy for the price. For the price, I expected higher standards of cleanliness. Everything just looked run down and in need of repairs. I only stayed 2 nights so I powered through, but I wouldn’t stay again.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Carlsbad inn resort and it never disappoints.

Love the amenities and very nice property. Could use some upgrades in the rooms- some things a little work out, but clean.

It is in an excellent location. The carpet in my room was so worn you could no longer see the pattern except for under the tables and chairs. The whole place needed a coat of paint. Starting to shabby

We like the proximity to the beach, good restaurants, farmers' market, and the property itself is nice because it is not too big. It is never too crowded and the staff is friendly.
