The room and staff were excellent. The location of the building has an open area parking next to an outlet mall. Security issue possible for your vehicles.

Clerks very friendly

Rooms are Not clean. Bath tub dirty. Tiles and carpet were suspect. Left the hotel after 1 hour in the room. Very disappointed for this hotel brand.

Hotel room was nice. Service from Chloe and Jasmine where top Tier.

The rooms were clean, but they smelled. One of them had a portable ozone machine on the table

It was a great stay minus I booked a one bedroom and got a studio the persoat the desk stated some one called me to notify me that was not available any more… but I don’t know how if I booked months in advance it should of been available I just got a call stated if I was still coming…after I paid for the one bedroom very upsetting. When needed fresh towels we had to take the dirty towels to them they didn’t provide anything to put them in , that’s disgusting. We got new towels by asking the front office and she would hand them to us.

The stay was good. The facility was clean. The comfort of the bed was not great at all. Towels were clean but old with spots in them. That’s not a good look on white linen. I booked a king bed but I was told the third party requested that I be put in a room with two queen beds. That was disappointing. Overall stay was ok.

Free laundry was nice to have. It was close to the grocery store. Having the kitchen saved money in not going out to eat all the time.

I drove in to visit my son who is at stationed at Fort Lee. The girls at the front desk were very nice and made checking in and out easy. The room was on the 1st floor and surprisingly quiet. I booked a room with 2beds and did not know that there was a full kitchen with pots and pans a dishwasher and cabinets full of utensils and dishes to use along with a refrigerator! Not to mention a stove and microwave! I checked my booking to make sure that I didn’t book the wrong room and nope they come like this with no extra charges. Sweet deal! Definitely staying here again. Also the bathroom is big and very clean and supplied with Dove products. So they leave you with Dove shampoo and conditioner, body wash and Dove hand soap for the sink along with body lotion! Very cool!

Great staff who worked with my wierd unpredictable schedule. The front desk staff was awesome, and the housekeeping staff was so polite as I left.

Front desk staff not friendly, time to demolish this property. It needs a major renovation.

Smooth transaction

They didn't have rooms available, even though I booked the room for my wife prior to arriving there. My wife was told they had informed Hotels.com they didn't have anymore rooms hours early. My wife had to travel even further just to find a room with lesser quality and standards. We were extremely disappointed.
