just a really bad internet connection and hard beds with really small pillows. Better to spend money on a nicer place even if it’s for one night.

Conveniently located, the staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms and common areas were nice and very clean, the food in the restaurant was good but a little bit expensive, we were overall satisfied but there is no parking. Thanks

The air conditioner was leaking into the bed all nigh. We reserved 2 beds and just got one queen size bed. You can hear everything going on in the hotel which is uncomfortable. Towels and sheets seem pretty old.

All of the staff here are friendly and respectful. They do an excellent job keeping every area spotless—from the rooms and restaurant to the walkways and pool. The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained around the clock.

It was OK, served its purpose. the place is getting old and needs maintenance. The reception at check in was slow and person lacked politness. Checkout was much better. The location is great… nice walk to Malecon. However, walk to the opposite and the street is dirty, smells garbage.

The staff were very kind and the hotel is clean the only thing i didn’t like is that you don’t get a free breakfast just a discount

Excellent property. Friendly staff. Only a few blocks from entertainment, shopping, and dining..nice ocean view rooms with balcony.

We stayed in mid-May and the hotel was being used almost exclusively by Mexican families so there was a lot of pool activity and our room overlooked the pool so it was a little noisy. It also looked out on the ocean so it was quite beautiful. Room 150 is busy and noisy till about 10.

Most everything close to shops and restaurants.

We have stayed a couple times beds are super hard but very good location and nice staff. Breakfast well not great but restaurant across the street is excellent.

Fabulous to be right on the beach and slightly outside of the touristy malecon. Beds were comfy ,restaraunt staff was great. Breakfast that was included was a waste of time. Loved spending time with my daughter here!!!

Great location for a reasonable price.

The checkin was quick, staff were helpful, hotel was beautiful, clean, lovely pool next to oceanfront restaurant. Walkable safe neighborhood. What more do i want??
