Excellent staff and customer service! 10/10

Staff was lovely, location did not feel very safe for my children or my property, building had a smell of cigarettes.

Liked the Denny’s option and room was clean and comfortable.

I like the building and the rooms plus Denny’s attatched

This hotel is close to amenities. It is an older hotel that has had some updates. Beds were comfy.

Good stay, comfy beds. Nice that the toilet and shower is separated and 2 separate sinks. Would stay again.

The good, the bed was comfy along with the bedding. The are/heat worked well. The water temp was good. But the actual building walls are peeling, looks like water damage possibly everywhere - wall paper missing in the halls etc. Really needs some work. No elevator, so if you are on the second floor like me be prepared to carry your 50 pound suitcase up a flight of stairs, and like me had to daily bring heavy items in and out. I did not see the pool etc. The Dennys attached isn't open 24hrs like most, so because leaving before 6am every morning for work could not take advantage. The parking was so busy on the weekend I had to take in front of Dennys. The staff was nice, I might stay again if I had to for a few nights but the inside is really delapetated which makes me think of mold

The hotel Is located in a very convenient place, close to take away places and the Terrace shopping center. By the way, there is also a Denny's attached right to the hotel premises. The room was spacious and clean, though the facility shows some signs of age, especially in the furniture and decorative style. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and did their best to make our stay pleasant. Parking isn't an issue. I recommend this hotel particularly to people looking for a good price for value short term stay in the area.

Reasonable price but small beds. To hard for have 2 fluffy people in bed lol.

The room smelled like burnt something and it was just. A bit run down feeling

i dont like racism, i am very upset with afternoon worker who kicked my daughter out of building that afternoon, yea she is homeless but doesnt give front desk worker to miss treat my daughter and because she was kicked out she wet herself , she was trying to come to my room to use bathroom and grab her stuff she asked me to look after while she went to find her boyfriend. i will make sure sovial media knows how staff treated my daughter. im very upset .
