We stay at various Holiday Inn Express properties in different locations. Although it was mostly okay, there was one issue that we brought to the front desk and manager. The floors in our room were FILTHY! Not just dirty, filthy. I really feel that the staff there needs an education on hotel room sanitation. I absolutely feel that we should receive some compensation for this disgusting, unsanitary inconvenience.

Great location and hot breakfast had a lot of options but the beds were squeaky and shower light was flickering.

Everyone was so helpful & friendly. Crystal at the front desk was delightful and the breakfast room attendant was so hardworking!!

Very clean and comfortable hotel with good access to the nearby beaches of the N.C. coast.

Besides the dog barking across the hall, laundry room next door, the Kids in the hallway playing, the stay was all right.

We were in Morehead City for the weekend. The good was that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby, snack area and breakfast were very clean and organized. The not so good was there was a lack of quiet hours both nights. Maybe thin walls and a lively crowd, but there was a loud crowd on our floor both nights that kept it going till nearly 4 am.

We loved the 24-hour coffee service. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We had muffins one morning; they were fresh. The pool was delightful. It would be nice to have umbrellas at the tables by the pool.

We had a wonderful time in Morehead City. It had been over 30 years since we had been there for my husband and I. Everyone at the hotel were amazing and super friendly. Great place to stay and they allow your "fur" babies to join on your vacation. The only issue we found, the floors need to be mopped in the rooms. The room overall, VERY clean, however the floors were not. We will for sure come back and stay again soon.

Convenient and quiet area

We enjoyed the staff they were very kind and accommodating but the breakfast was not good, the bedding had some questionable marks on them. I will say the rooms were very spacious and had plenty of extra pillows which was nice and the beds were actually comfortable. It was just rough for a $200 a night room.

It was an amazing two night stay. i had an accessible room due to mobility issues. The room was very large and very accessible. Beds were comfortable, staff was great, breakfast was good

Overall our stay was very good. Nice room and bathroom, very good breakfast choices, helpful staff. However, the vinyl tile floor in the room was in terrible need of some serious mopping. Because the floor is a dark vinyl, it did not appear dirty, but it waa very dirty. It soiled/stained our clean socks and feet from walking on it.
