Close to tram 2 access to Amsterdam Central, passing the Van Gogh Museum area

The hotel staff is friendly, but the soundproofing of the doors and roof is problematic. There is a sound like water leaking from the roof of the room.

The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. It's near a supermarket too! It's nice to stay here. It's not very near to tourist attractions but it's okay as long as it's accessible to public transportation stations.

The hotel was located close to Tram and Train station, room was nice and clean. The supermarket near hotel is also good, there are 2 supermarket.

Hotel sangat strategis, cukup jalan 400 meter ke halte trem, sampai pusat kota dalam hitungan menit, ke airport pun dekat, pilihan yang tepat.

I booked a room with 2 twin beds and Sofa for one adult and two childern (girls, 13 and 6). As I arrived there they refused my check in with the reason that the room is only for two adults. I suggested that either they pay me back the money, or they should change me a triple room, or they offer me an extra bed. They refused all of my three suggestions! That means they did not give me the money back! And I had to drive my two children back to Germany at 20 o'clock! And my tickets for the museum go to the waste! This is the most awful hotel I have ever experienced of the whole world! The worst service and most unfriendly staff at reception! No next time booking by Best Western also in other countries!

The hotel is good, but for bathing the soap provided is very small.

The hotel location is far from train station or airport. Closest is to tram stop but have to walk for almost 1 km. The hotel service was also bad, no kettle, no teeth brush and toothpaste, and no sandals in the room. The receptionist also talk not nice.

I happened to choose this hotel initially because it was among the cheapest choices of various hotels in Amsterdam. So, in fact, it must be ready with all the deficiencies. The atmosphere when entering the hotel is quite interesting and welcomed with friendly and fast service. Room size is quite spacious so if you bring a lot of stuff it doesn't seem crowded. No water kettle is provided to make hot drinking water and no complimentary drinking water too. If you want hot water to go to the ground floor to ask at the bar and only given 1 paper cup. If you want to buy supplies of snacks or drinks in the room, there is a supermarket not far from the hotel, for the location, because I came from Amsterdam Centraal, you can say it is quite far to the south. Using the tram transportation about 35-40 minutes and passing 14 stops. Get off at Westlan stop dirachat still have to prepare the energy to walk again around 550m approximately 5-10 minutes (far enough if only onions I I kelili keliwi again). At night you can say the area is lacking in lighting so you have to be extra vigilant. I was approached twice twice by people who asked me to ask where they wanted to go and helped me with information, especially if they saw us carrying a suitcase and looked confused looking for a place. Actually there is transportation access which is near about 250m from the hotel but using the bus to Lelylaan station. But the shortcomings of the frequency of the buses that pass are not as many as the tram so can wait long enough at the bus stop. The position of the hotel is near the overpass and not so far from Sciphol Airport. So it is rather disturbed by the sound of passing cars and rumbling planes that will take off, hopefully useful.
