The hotel was nice, great location, friend front desk staff as well as the house keeping staff. The facility is huge and our room was spacious. Breakfast was included and it was fine. The only thing I’d say showers were on the smaller end. I recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, 12 min walking distance to the city of Sorrento. Rooms are beautiful, modern and recently renovated, so everything is brand new. The pools are gorgeous and refreshing, with nice sundecks in the pools, free cabana beds, and plenty of seating with umbrellas. My only complaint is lack of an adults only area. There were a lot of screaming kids with parents who couldn’t care less about their behavior. There is a great kid zone area at the opposite end of the pool entrance, so parents are unlikely to discover it. There is a pavilion with kids activities and two pools perfect for children. The pool attendants should encourage parents with children u see 10 to head to this area, because everyone would be much happier. Staff at the front desk are accommodating and very responsive. The breakfast is amazing, with a delicious array of local favorites as well as fresh pressed orange juice. There is also a cute kids breakfast zone where they can serve themselves. The botanical garden is a lovely place to take photos, as well as the rooftop at sunset.

Our air conditioner in the room did not work when we got there. The hotel staff did make it right by giving us a credit. The property was beautiful and the views amazing. It was walking distance to all the shops and the port. The breakfast in the morning was awesome with lots to choose from. I would definitely consider coming back.

Nice hotel. A little removed from central Sorrento but hotel is quiet, clean with comfortable beds, large rooms, clean fresh modern decor and a nice garden. Food is expensive and not that great in “Happyissimo” restaurant. Seasonal unheated outdoor pool is nice but closed if weather is cool. Indoor pool is opened when outdoor pool is closed but criteria for switch seems arbitrary. It isn’t always clear which pool is open early in the season (May). Breakfasts good.

Beautiful, wonderful facility. I was part of a tour which began the day after I arrived. In total, stayed 4 nights & wish it were longer as I did not use all of the services provided. Normally, I stay in small, boutique hotels; this was quite a change and it did not disappoint. Excellent room accommodations, staff, and breakfast buffet. Staff in cafe/bar area went out of their way with a mid-afternoon meal the day I arrived from an overnight/overseas trip. Was pleased to have a room that faced the heavily-foliaged cliffs as the stunning views facing the ocean & surroundings were enjoyed during breakfast & a dinner. In summary, a truly excellent experience.

The hotel is stunning and very well maintained. A few moans I only booked the hotel at this time of year for the indoor pool to find it has been closed for ages this should have been clear on Hotels . Com website. We stayed 3 nights and they requested 50 euro a night deposit against anything we purchased. On leaving I was asked if the same card could be used for the local tax which I said yes expecting for the sun to be reduced from my deposit and the balance return to my account. But not they charged the local tax when I asked for the 150 euro return I was told we would complete this return in about 5 days. This for me is taking the “P” as this should have been processed immediately just like we did the other way on arrival. Not impressed with the policy which clearly means on such large sums held of all customers interest is being earns from our money.

Hotel was beautiful, in a spectacular natural setting. The room and housekeeping were perfect. Breakfast was all you could ask for, in a gorgeous space. Pools were lovely. Only minor downside was that there are no longer tennis courts, padel was substituted, and was quite pricey to access. But would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was excellent and the service was great. The outdoor pool was very good however closed since it was cold. However last day it was great. Next month a bar is opening in the same area so will be great overview and convenient

Our stay was excellent. The staff were great and very accommodating. The building and property is located up the hill from the town but it is very walkable to everything you need and a short distance to the popular areas. The room was clean and well maintained. The parking was a standard price for most hotels that do not offer it for free but it was great that valet service was included in it. Overall it was a fantastic stay and experience.
