Dirty and undergoing renovations Was o Put in a handicapped room with no furniture

Good service

The hotel was under renovation and the elevator didn't work and the second floor was closed for renovations so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was very hard on us at our age and having to carry our luggage

Very nice remodel currently underway Only drawback, elevator was not in service

Room was for handicap but the hand held shower head wasn't there. Very little water pressure. Evening clerk did not know where coffee for room was kept. Was able to fuenish new towel. Did not know hotel was being remodeled and they started on our floor during our stay. A mess . Mold and mildew in tub. Breakfast only thing good.

Bathtub was extremely dirty, we were worried about taking a shower in their. The mildew on the caulking was RED, not white or clear. When we got to our room on the 2nd floor, we could smell cooking oil burning as we walked down the hall. I asked the clerk at the front desk if cooking was allowed in the rooms and she said yes, that the works doing the renovation were staying there. We told her that we did not think cooking with oil in a room was safe since this hotel did not have a kitchenette, she said the people used hot plates. Hotel is currently under renovation, so the noise level from the 3rd floor woke us up early. Hopefully they will properly renovate and keep their rooms clean after that or property management needs to get better cleaning people. We had stayed here before and it was not in this bad of a condition.Will not be back.

First night we found coc roaches in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower is super low and doesn't get very hot. Also they ended up setting off the fire alarm twice at 7 in the morning. The breakfast was supposed to be open till 9:30 but they would close it before 9am everyday. They also wouldn't keep the breakfast area stocked we had to keep asking them for different things. There was no one really working the front desk so you would just be standing arround until someone came back up front which could be anywhere from 2-10 minutes.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast area was nice with a great selection of food. Room was clean and comfortable

A/C did not work the first night. Told them about in the morning and they said they would fix it. No A/C the 2nd night. Floor soaked by unit.

It was perfect

I had to wait for the clerk to check us in because she was on the phone making a personal call.

Bed bugs....old mattress....door wouldn't lock

I would never recomment thjs hotel to anyone. When we checked and went to the room the bathroom door wouldnt shut so I went to the front desk and they gave us another room. We unloaded and had to leave to see my brother in the hospital. When my wife and daughters came back later to sleep the ac wasnt working and the room was hot but my wife didnt want to move rooms so she slept there because I stayed at the hospital with my brother because he was very ill. The next morning my wife got up and went downstairs and they moved her to the 3rd room and had to hurry and leave due to my brother passed away. After we left the hospital all I wanted to do was get a shower and go to sleep. Well when I went to the bathroom there wasnt a shower curtain. I went downstairs to see if they had a shower curtain and the lady acted bothered. She said I dont have one and dont know where to get one. She said let water get on the floor she didnt care. I was careful and took a shower because we didnt want to move rooms again. The pull out bed mattress was very nasty like someoen had peed on it. I couldnt check out fast enough. Also the 2nd night the whole hotel reeked of weed and you could even see the smoke from it in the 1st floor hallway!!

I loved the second sink in the room. The shower was hard to turn on and there was a weird smell.
