Nice hotel, great location

Excellent location right on İstiklal. Hotel staff are friendly, comfortable room and a good Breakfast.

the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious with very good amenities. Some recommendations to make it better. In the breakfast area, juice should not be prefilled into cups but in a big bottle where guests can fill themselves. Add a station to cook eggs and add more diversity of croissants, etc.

Located in very demanding area, nice shopping area around, very helpful staff also very good breakfast. Tourist must consider this hotel, 5 minutes walk to metro.

Property was convenient to our place we were visiting. Accessibility to the lobby from the street was inconvenient. But I got my exercise. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

I have been to Turkey several times before but this was my first time staying at this hotel. I am so sorry I didn’t find it sooner. I absolutely love this hotel. We stayed in a standard room and switched to one on the executive floor. Both options were wonderful however you can’t beat the view of the sea from the tub. I will be staying here every time I come to turkey.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful—always ready with recommendations and quick to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable, which was a big plus after long days of exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight—a great spread with plenty of options, making it the perfect start to the day. Whether you’re in Istanbul for sightseeing or just soaking up the vibe, Richmond Istanbul is an excellent choice. 100% recommended! Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I travel to Istanbul frequently. However, this hotel was a delightful surprise for us. We had initially planned to stay for only five days but ended up extending to 22 nights. It was an excellent decision. The staff's interaction with the guests was outstanding. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, free of unpleasant odors, or anything that you might encounter in some other hotels. I used three rooms in the hotel—three rooms of different sizes and levels. All three were equally clean, well-organized, and the staff interaction was consistent. The hotel is excellent for transportation, with very close connections, and Istiklal Street’s beauty needs no introduction.

Great staff, nice location situated right in the middle of Istiklal street with many dining options around and shopping. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back!
