Very minimalist hotel. I booked a standard room for 3 nights but I was shocked to see that the bathroom does not come with dental or hygiene kit, no toilet brush, the room does not come with an iron for ironing clothes - I was given the worse vertical steamer which was painful to use. There is no tea/coffee in the room, no complimentary water; no safe to keep valuable items. Also, the hotel wifi looses signal half the time. Also, the breakfast trays are not refilled immediately, certain food trays are empty by 9:30am and it would take 15 minutes to be refilled. On the good side, the hotel is very clean. The rooms and beddings are sparkling clean.

Really nice place with comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for exploring the area. Just wish they had some complimentary coffee in the room or lobby. Plenty of nearby cafes, though, and fun place to walk and see the historic walled city.

Staff were friendly breakfast was fabulous and team that running it were so friendly and super nice. I give 0 out of 10 for bedding noisy and loud find some bedbugs. 0 out of 10 for internet connection and WiFi. 0 out of 10 for the restroom my kid use the trashcan to climb up to use the bathroom bowl. Too high.

Modern hotel with excellent breakfast and large comfortable beds. Easy walking to central Lucca. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. However, as usual it’s the guests that spoil it! Slamming doors as midnight & after is never courteous & the group partying in the adjacent room to ours were just inconsiderate. It’s a busy hotel so therefore, quite noisy, especially during the night - we asked for a quiet room but the hotel staff can’t be held responsible for my fellow guests who don’t have any consideration. Parking was free, easy & a bonus & it’s a 15-20 minute walk from the old town & station which is reasonable for a city.

Hotel easily accessible from rd links with secure parking. After initial mix up telling us no booking held reception found our reservation and room was good. Easy walk from hotel to centre of Lucca enough restaurants nearby to use. Room cleaned /laundry everyday if u wanted it. Coffee Tea facilities in room would be useful for this grade of hotel (whilst available in reception area for a charge not everyone wants to mix with other guests)

Great location for me..just off the Motorway..lovely room and excellent air conditioning..barrier with parking..only 1 disappointment..the Restaurant is currently closed.

Very nice place. The staff was excellent and nice. The beautiful lady at the front desk on Saturday, 10/8 at 1:00 pm, was absolutely wonderful and so kind. I wished I had gotten name. She called me a taxi but also shared great information about Lucca and Forte dei Marmi. Brava!!!

Great property. 15 min walk to the walled city. Modern and American style hotel. I'd stay there again.

Sorry to have to give this generally excellent hotel and average mark but it is let down by a terrible breakfast offering. On my 3 day stay I arrived for breakfast 1 hour before the stated end. Each time there were no hot items left, minimal fruits and a few stale rolls. I understand that there is a need to reduce wastage, but as a customer I had paid €13 each day and expected better than this. I requested scrambled eggs and this was provided but there was no indication that the staff would have offered this had I not asked. Simply unacceptable in 4* hotel.

Location and walking distance to Lucca was okay. Didn’t feel unsafe but a little industrial
