Fabulous room

The room we were given appears to have used to been down a hallway for an emergency exit. I was a little on edge with it when my little kids were with me and worried about them running out it. Rooms were big though there was a huge pinesol smell

Good clean hotel, and our group enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 then it wasn't ready, and we have to wait. It wasn't a real Continental breakfast, but rather pre-wrapped did choices. I would recommend it.

Room was clean but dated. Staff were amazing. Continental breakfast was just that - continental with hard boiled eggs. Muffins were very fresh and delicious!

It’s a great location when we are in the city

Bathroom is pretty dated and could definitely use an update, but otherwise the room was pretty comfortable. The doors don’t keep out any noise from the hallway though so we were woken up multiple times in the early morning by other guests chatting outside of their rooms. Besides that, it was pretty quiet considering the hotel was right on a busy thoroughfare. We appreciated the free breakfast included. There were waffles, bagels, bread, cereals, yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. As other guests have mentioned, it would be nice to have a couple more proteins, but overall free breakfast was decent and well-maintained.

There are two floors at this hotel and I was hoping to have a room on the ground floor because I am disabled and have a hard time with stairs. The price was higher for the ground floor and I need to watch my budget. I asked the front desk about it and was told that the rooms were the same but the price is higher for the ground floor. I expressed my concerns regarding this saying that I was not happy that someone with a disability has to pay more for an accessible room, especially since there was nothing which was upgraded or better between the two rooms. This definitely should be addressed with the company.

Staff were very helpful. Need our bikes secured and they were very happy to take care of our needs.

I appreciated friendly staff, super clean room, and how quiet it was.

We came in late, easy check in then accidentally locked ourself out of our room very late ...the front desk is amazing to assist! Great experience. The breakfast was excellent too

My most recent experience at this hotel was awful. I booked and paid through Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the person at the front desk immediately said “no locals” in a rude and dismissive tone. If this hotel refuses local guests, that policy should be clearly stated on both Expedia and the hotel’s own website before anyone books and pays. Taking someone’s money and then surprising them at check-in with an undisclosed policy is unacceptable. When I explained that I had already paid and had not seen this policy listed on Expedia or the hotel’s website, she continued to be rude. She also asked, “Why are you staying here?” in a judgmental and intrusive way, as if I had to justify booking a room I already paid for. She also took IDs from everyone in our group, even though we were all over 18. I understand hotels may require identification, but combined with the “no locals” comment, the questioning, and her attitude, it felt like we were being singled out and treated with suspicion before we had even checked in. It was insulting to be treated like we were automatically going to damage the property or cause noise complaints simply because we were local adults. I have stayed here before and had a pleasant experience, but this visit completely changed my opinion. The customer service was terrible, the front desk attitude was unacceptable, and the way we were treated made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against.
