Good stay~

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast

Our stay at Humphries Inn was very nice. The staff was overly friendly and helpful getting us to the Zoo. The breakfast was excellent and a lot to choose from. The lady who maintained the area was really pleasant. The room was large and the bathroom was very clean and bright. We we able to store our luggage. I would highly recommend staying here.

I like cleaning but bathroom fan was not working and there was a bad smell on beds.

Website didn't include parking. so the location charge additional for parking. TV was terrible needed to download and ap for everything.

Deposit was not returned on check out. Have to return to the hotel from the airport at $26.00 each way. This should be an automatic refund on check out.

I was really impressed with the service. I had sent a message earlier that my flight would be coming in hours before the 3pm check-in time. When I got there, a room was ready for me. That took away the thought of what to do with my tired self before the official check-in time. The room and surroundings were clean, the front desk staff were always helpful when I had any question for them. The complimentary breakfast was
