Wonderful stay, highly recommend Attention to detail was appreciated. Kind, professional, attentive staff!!!

I could hear everything from the hallway and the rooms next to mine. Beds not comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

The property and rooms were beautiful however the location was terrible. It’s my fault for assuming this hotel was anywhere near downtown Carmel. Without being in the downtown area or having an ocean view, it doesn’t have much to offer if those are the reasons you are coming to this area. The price was the only reason an ended up choose it.

Nice location and value for the price. Restaurants are great that are in walking distance. Great for a family stay.

Had a great experience

Not worth the price at all. Staff didn’t even offered to help us with our luggage. They have facility fee per night plus a 30 dollars self parking fee per night. Location is not even good. It’s by the gas station.

I’ve stayed here twice it’s been a great experience both times.

Nice rooms, clean, good access to pool and restaurant. Comfortable beds. However, when we checked in, we were given a different room than we selected on Expedia. The one we were given did not have a couch, so I went back to the front desk and they gave me another. Also, we were charged $30 for parking although this facility was like any other motel that does not charge. Just a way to add a charge. So I felt like they tried to give me an inferior room, then charged for parking. Otherwise, a nice place to stay for a night or two.

Room was nice and clean, the property looked renovated nicely. We stayed here before but this time were surprised to find out they charge for parking. Guess certain things have changed since the last time we stayed there

It was quiet and comfortable. Loved the property, modern, well kept and so cute. Good for couples and families.

Clean and safe hotel. The heated pool was exactly what my kids wanted. We loved it there!

Enjoyed our stay for our mini getaway. The hotel was extremely clean and felt very safe. The only thing is we paid an additional $88.00 in parking and resort fees. I would think parking is part of the price of staying there, since there is no valet service.
