This place was amazing for the price. Breakfast, which came with the cost of the room, was delivered to our door each morning. The room and bathroom were very large, and there was a balcony with great views. I'm a pillow snob and was elated when I saw a placard on the desk with a "pillow menu." Located next to Cannery Row it was convenient for shopping and dining. I would definately stay again and recommend.

The property location was perfect, very convenient. Didn’t like that the fireplace terrace wasn’t ocean view at all and the hot tubs and hotel itself was a little outdated. Staff was very friendly.

Beautiful room, super comfortable bed and linens. Bathroom was so roomy and cozy. The in room continental breakfast was such a nice touch. Our only complaint was the very noisy seals below our gorgeous patio. We know the hotel has no control over this but I definitely wouldn’t pay the extra for balcony room. We could walk all over too which was perfect

Loved our 2 day stay in the King Balcony, Harbor View. The room was large and cute balcony with great view. The bed was super comfortable, the weather allowed us to keep the doors open and hear the ocean waves. Loved the breakfast delivery, the robes in our room, the hot tubs on the 2nd and 4th floor, the area was quiet and convenient. We took the trolley to Fisherman's wharf, going in that direction (rather than towards cannery row) the bus stop was located up the street on Reeside and Foam. There's a new deli and a restaurant upstairs across the park in the Breakwater cove marina- Osteria de Mare, it was delicious, highly recommend. we wished we knew about the deli before but we didn't know, so didn't get to try it but they make their own break.

Our trip was amazing. We were celebrating a big birthday and an anniversary trip and the girl with long blonde hair with glitter pieces in her hair was so nice and welcoming. She asked where we were eating and gave us a voucher for that restaurant. She really went above and beyond for our trip. We felt special.

View was outstanding. Breakfast on time, as ordered. Amenities were nice. Toilet plumbing and shower pressure was an issue. Further away from Aquarium than we thought.

Enjoyed view of the ocean/bay and the otters and boats. Appreciated having binoculars in the room to take in the view.

Walking distance to everything. I like the quieter area and the ocean view rooms with balconies. Thank you for the room binoculars.

The seagull poop on the 4th floor hot tub deck stank . They need seagull abatement. Otherwise great!!

Stayed in a room with a balcony view of the ocean and it was amazing. Staff was friendly room was super clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious.

The view of our room to the ocean was spectacular with lots of wild life. Breakfast is included and they deliver it to your room. It was affordable and walking distance to everything , the cannery row, aquarium and the wharf.

I was disappointed in my stay here. You have a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was nice. HOWEVER, the roof top jacuzzi area reeked like urine! We went to the 2nd floor jacuzzi reeked and bubbled from soap in it. Let front desk lady know we were grossed out. Told her we might check out early. She could care less. The. We t to shower and use a robe. It had black hair on it. Was it really clean. Went back down to tell front desk. Front desk guy did send up fresh robes and champagne and tried to make it right. The price is not worth stay.

Front desk staff was very warm and accommodating, both on phone and in person. Also enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast delivered to our room at the time of our choosing.

Favorite place to stay while visiting. Right next to everything you need walking distance
