Everything was wonderful

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views. Big rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy parking. Not many quick dining options nearby. Would stay again.

The room was clean. The sofa bed was brand new so it was comfortable for my daughter.

We had a newly remodeled room really nice Since we are not time share owners our view was a little obstructed by the red roof but from the bedroom and living room you could see and here Avila bay The rooms were quiet lovely pool and hot tub super drivable to morro bay and pismo The staff was fantastic !

The only negative I have is the handicapped parking. They don’t have enough so if you get back late you’ll have to park in the lower level.

Property is right acroos the street from the ocean! Great sunsets and lots of place to watch the from. Downside is the vast amount of kids having fun at the top of their lungs. Location, rooms and grounds are great, but the clientele is mostly large familrs with young children, so not the calm relaxing place it used to be before becoming a Hilton.

Great place to stay!

The newly renovated rooms are nice, but they did not warn us about all of the loud construction going on from 7:45am to 6pm. There was tar and roofing material on our balcony and it was impossible to relax during the morning through the afternoon. Beautiful area and views though.

Enjoyed the kitchen option. Pool area and hot tub were a big perk for us. Comfy bed and good view from property!

Really like the grounds, room is showing its age. Would stay there again.

This trip for the relaxing , and I got wonderful time with all conditions. Moreover, the weather was very nice. I had good relaxing with peaceful environment with nice scenery, and service.

Nice ocean view. Loved sitting on the grass and watching the pelicans hunt for fish. It is an easy, short walk to front street. It would be nice if they had a restaurant on the property with indoor and outdoor seating and a bar. The beds are comfortable but you can hear the next door neighbors, and above you, walking back and forth all night long and early morning. Overall, it is a nice place to stay and we will stay again.

The one king suite is a great room! The private bedroom is perfect. It had 2 separate bathrooms and a full kitchen. The only issue was the heater in the living room area didn’t work. The bedroom did, but the living room was cold. We love how you can walk to the main area of Avila.

Great property with so many more amenities than I had time to do. Gorgeous view and easy access to town. Wonderful staff.

This property and the rooms have everything you need for your stay. You wouldn't even need to go anywhere. Beautiful property with very friendly staff. We loved it.
