The reservation was booked through Expedoa and the site stated that there was a room available. Upon arriving we were told there was not a room available. We were on our way back to Florida and had to find another place to stay. Obviously we were told that we would be getting a refund but this was a major inconvenience and totally unacceptable.

Jeffrey was very helpful and on top of things. Great job.

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s super convenient, clean and the staff is always great! The breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are very comfortable.

The property was difficult to enter and leave. The front of the Inn faces the back of another Inn and the highway. The saving graces were the excellent service and the view from our room on the back side of the Inn—the patio and lush wooded area were great to wake up to.

This hotel needs updating. I primarily stay at Hampton Inn's across the country and this one is run down in my opinion and needs attention. Lots of bandaids trying to make it look clean when in fact it just needs to be overhauled. At almost $175/night, it was not worth the money. Has a very dated lobby and amenities are tired and minimal.

Location was good for our needs. Friendly staff but not attentive. Room smelled like a boys locker room. Pool was not clean and had tiles missing.

Staff were great. Lady in reception helped me with directions. She took her time explaining how to easily drive around road construction to get me back enroute.

Very nice staying here the night before moving so we had a bed before all that. Service was very friendly, loved the outdoor patio area.

Let me begin by saying that when you are traveling & trying to decide where to stay, you CAN NOT go wrong by selecting Hampton Inn! I have always been pleased with how immaculate their rooms are and how comfortable their beds are as well. Keep it up Hampton Inn❣️

The staff was very helpful, in particular Jeff. He helped me sort out a reservation with promptness and courtesy. The only two issues I had was that the refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled some food. Also the parking lot was quite small. I came for a big soccer tournament and the parking lot was packed every single evening which made parking difficult. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the staff was top notch
