The woman at the front desk. I cannot remember her name. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable and welcoming. I definitely will stay there again. When I go back to Chicago.

It was dirty. The staff spoke worse English than the concierge I had in Italy. The carpets were old and dirty. Shower had no pressure

Staff was friendly. Pool was heated at nice for my kids. Breakfast was well stocked and airport shuttle was professional.

Never again. Just gross. Had to get a lyft since the shuddle was at the shop. I should of been compensated for that.

My shuttle driver was amazing, he's where I hit all my hotel info . The front desk was too busy in back to show and friendliness to me and completely absent in the morning, lucky for me I could check out on internet

Room was in good condition and very clean. Had to wait for more than 1 hr for the shuttle at the airport. They said to call, but you should consider to communicate via WhatsApp...we are from abroad and were not able to call. There are no pay phones at the airport. We had to ask a stranger to give a call. The front desk lady was not very amicable, nor were the drivers of both shuttles we used. We did not have a chance to use the amenities, so cannot give feedback. Guests should be advised that the shuttle from hotel to the airport has a determined schedule.
