Regular room cleaning, supportive staff. Decent breakfast. Dog friendly. Neat and meets requirements of stay.

Room 110 had a constant noise all night was super hard to sleep

Not so many dog friendly hotel around, but we found this one is extremely matching in all we need. Rooms are clean, friendly staffs and show care for the guests! Well done!

No usb ports in room. Inconvenient electric outlets. Usually no one at front desk.Worst hotel we ever stayed in.

The Hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and staff was pleasant. Only issue is that for some reason they were not able to use the CC that was used to pay for the room for the security deposit. I had to use my Debit CC instead and was suppose to go back in the morning to get the deposit back. In the morning rush to get to where we had to go I completely forgot and now I'm not able to get my deposit back. They will not send it by e-transfer, as a credit back on the CC. I have to go there personally to get it back... I do not live close. I've been dealing with this for a few months and now if I don't get there to get it they will just keep it. In todays society with the technology we have there is no reason as to why anything such as this should ever happen.

We like this two bedrooms suite since we have three people. It is comfortable and convenient for 3 of us.

Very friendly staff Clean room but showing age. Bed comfortable but not pillows. Very thin duvet that does not provide enough warmth at this time of year. Heating system very noisy

The bed is too small, double size is not Queen size on the description.

Never got to the breakfast so no idea on quality. Hotel is having some maintenance and hot tub is out. Could use some wear and tear issues addressed. Checked in and front desk said they were sold out when I asked about a room switch, they weren't sold out but whatever I won't be back so no biggie

AC didn't work well. 1 ice machine in the staff area.
