Everything was fine. Bedding was hard and neighbors were very noisy. Otherwise, a pleasant stay

Overall, nice stay. Pool surfaces need a good cleaning.

Clean, friendly, and convenient. My one issue, which is more a preference is the bed was a bit too soft for me, but i managed just fine. Check out was a breeze with the mobile option.

No pool towels But pool was ok

We didn’t even stay for our entire booking due to the room smelling like a group of people smoked 10 packs of cigarettes

Quiet comfortable

Room was "okay " worth $120 a night? No! No towels in the pool , had to use our room towels. Breakfast was "EH". Nice stay, just a little pricey!!!

Great job

The “pull out sofa” was not really a pull out sofa. It was just a chaise lounge chair, just barely long enough for our 11 year old.

The toilet had urine all over the back of it under the seat and behind it. It was still wet. So gross! We went to a wedding after we checked in and called them to take care of it. That didn’t happen, they just left it dirty. Very sad!

Grills outside

We literally only need the room to sleep in but all night we listened to dripping water from the A/C unit above us hitting the window outside. It was so loud we slept with the tv on and volume a little up. Also, not very sound proof. The room above us must of had small children because you could hear them jumping and running around. So for the purpose we needed the room for it was horrible and didn’t get any sleep.

Room was not well lit.

Clean but dated. The hot tub did not work. Bar soap and shampoo not very good.

The rooms light switches and bathroom fan was confusing. Multiple bugs in our room.

We were pleasantly pleased with this hotel. We will stop here again.

Stayed one night easy access off the interstate and close to Beaver Dam
