Very clean

The hotel room and bathroom were super clean. The staff were friendly. The only issue was with the breakfast. I think we went at an awkward time but all the food items were gone and once they refilled we were already done with the food and weren’t feeling up for more. We also didn’t see many staff at that time to ask them for help. But other than that it was a very nice stay!!

Such friendly service and great property overall

Staff was great, not a great location and much construction at the time.e

Staff during check-in was very unfriendly. No greeting, no smiling, just a nasty scowl. But she changed our room to the main floor when we requested it. Another staff member (I think from Housekeeping) stood and watched me struggle to get the luggage cart through the door without providing any assistance. Towels were terrible, bath towels were barely bigger than the hand towels and very thin and worn out. Breakfast was good and room was clean. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for what you get.

It was nice to see a Super 8 hotel so clean, with really caring staff and an excellent Breakfast. A much better experience than what I had before on other Super 8 hotels in Calgary and Edmonton

Very quiet

I stayed with my husband, our two kids, and our large dog. The staff were so accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out later. This was super helpful and they were so friendly! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel as was the coffee. The room was perfect, with everything we needed and I really appreciate that they have the large bottles of shower products and hand soap! I will definitely stay there again.

We were given an extra cot for a last minute additional person.

Great place to stay

We had amazing time at the hotel. When we arrived it was nice and clean. There was a unlimited cofffee from the machine in the lobby, it tasted so good. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good especially the waffles.

The room was clean, and including breakfast and all day coffee/tea and ice water was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at Super 8 in Kenora. The place was super clean and everything was well maintained. The location was great. Highly recommend.

Room smelled pretty bad, Carpet was damp. Something was off with this room. Last at the desk was very nice and did her best to help, but was clearly not at ease with her job. She started to bite herself in front of us because she was upset about a situation with the customer just before us... All in all, it wasn't a good experience.

Comfortable stop if you need a stop on a road trip. Nice having a Casey's on site

Very nice room, courteous staff. Problems with noisy and disruptive guests on our floor in middle of the night.

The coffee hot chocolate is a wonderful addition for the evening. The Breakfast was wonderful. Waffles, whipped cream Carmel sauce. Mmmm And just a hop skip and jump from a restaurant.
