Enjoyed the stay but their were roaches which is not what we’re used to when we normally stay there

They no longer have a pool, but all of the staff is very friendly. My family and I had to stay here for 3 weeks due to being displaced from our home from the July 4th flood. Hotel Living isn't the same as staying at a hotel while on vacation. But the staff's friendly made it fill more like we were on a staycation at an apartment complex.

Room was super clean & smelled fresh/clean. Beds not very comfortable & no toilet paper holder. It looked as though previous one got ripped from wall. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful during stay. Overall good accommodation for price.

Not too bad your shower was wrapped up in a towel the showerhead it could’ve been cleaner more updated. Other than that it’s not a bad hotel. It’s in a decent location.

The floors were dirty, dead roches. I complained but noone came to clean.

I checked out after first night after paying for three nights. Hotels.com publishes deceptive reviews to defraud customers. Room issues: multiple insects, water leak in storage drawer, no batteries in TV remotes, bathroom smelled of urine, rust and drywall damage in bathroom, dirty, torn sheets, strangers knocking on door late at night, loud pulsating music for hours.

Old. The tv didn't turn off so had to unplug it. The ac unit had been installed later and there were gaps in between that and the wall.

There were roaches everywhere- gross. Plus there were no dishes, no silverware and they would not give me even a fork to eat my dinner with. So you advertise a kitchen, but supply no kitchen supplies??? Not even a can opener! What a joke. I'm usually satisfied at studio 6 motels, but this was B.S. you guys need to step it up & clean it up!

In times i stayed before i always had exceptional service. And this time, Well the room was dirty upon entering they had a broken lamp and the room was infested with roaches. And i left my room for a while only to come back and find out my belonging had been stolen. This includes my jbl speaker and some clothing and other peronsal items. my door was left open even while the cleaners knew the room was infact checked in and payed for they did a check on the room and left the door open and theres no telling who was in my room.

Very nice motel. Very relaxing.

It's a good place to stay. I enjoyed my stay with them.

The whole place is filthy amd crawling with roaches. There was a party going on in the parking lot till 2 o'clock in the morning so we didn't get much sleep. Theres also no pool as posted in the pictures, its fillled in with dirt.
