The carpet was pulling away from the floor and the nails underneath were showing. It’s a typical “close to the airport, low price” hotel. The key locks on the doors weren’t working, she had to let us in each time if we left our room. The staff at the front desk was very lovely and very helpful!

This property is badly worn down. From a pitch black parking lot (almost all the lights are not working), to furniture that is worn through to a heater that was not working. Recommend staying somewhere else even if is costs a bit more and is further from the airport.

Key pass room cards were not working, they had to come to open the door

No internet, no fridge, no microwave, and no key card's.

ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT OLD AND NEEDED A MAJOR SPRUCEING UP. THE FURNITURE ALL REQUIRES REPLACEMENT. tHE KEY MACHINE WAS INOPERATIVE AND A STAFF PERSON HAD TO OPEN THE ROOM DOOR.

The place is a dive and confirmed by other guests as well. No key cards, apparently this has been an on ongoing issue for months. The rooms are a disaster, the toilets do not sit securely, the carpet is frayed, the heater either doesn't work or is intermittent, the handle came off the tap, the furniture is damaged, the mattresses need to be replaced, 2 flat pillows. The list goes on and breakfast is a farce. The patio doors do not lock properly. We should have been warned due to other past reviews. Other people are staying elsewhere either though this hotel is closest to the airport. With a reno this could be a good hotel.

Room clean but so run down and outdated. Furniture should be thrown away. Room should be repainted. Towels and linen should be thrown away and replaced. Room key pad didn’t work so attendant had to let us into room each time with a master key. Place was a dump!

It's good for the price. Just temper down your expectations to what you are paying for..

The breakfast was, apples, granola bars, oatmeal, packets, and mini muffins

Very modest breakfast menu, no room keys available, limited sq. footage and storage, noisy bathroom fan, but thanks for letting our 3rd party in while our flight was delayed til after 1:00 AM!

Internet is still non existent.

We never received confirmation that our room was reserved for us by email. We didn't think we had the room there and then we noticed it on the site, just by chance.

I dropped off my bags and didnt look closely during the day. I back at night. When I set down the bedsheets I discovered a matteress that was beat to death and should have been replaced long ago. The couch was ripped apart. I got in after dark and the outside lights didnt work. The driveway was a mess and in a horrible state. The WIFI didnt work and i suspect there were not plans to fix it.The hall carpets were filthy and stained. If I had another nearby option I would have left. I was afraid of getting bugs.

No wifi, noisy parking lot in the middle of the night, but room itself was fine.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms need refurbished. It felt like we had stepped back into the 1970s

The staff was friendly and the hotel was close to the airport but there was dog hair on the bed linens. The vinyl covering on the couch was worn off. There was an unpleasant odour in the hallway which fortunately, didn’t permeate the room. There was a dog on the floor which barked. The entrance to the hotel from the road was poorly marked. There were no lights on the hotel sign. We weren’t sure it was even open when we arrived. My daughter wanted to leave. The continental breakfast consisted of granola bars, apples and mini muffins. There wasn’t even bread to make toast. Would not recommend and will not be staying there again

Sadly, $150 for a room that feels like I’m gunna leave with disease is not worth it. I’m pretty sure the top comforter on the bed is actually just a piece of fabric and not a blanket at all. The carpets are disgusting to say the least.
