Wasn't what I expected. Too close to the freeway. Hotel surroundings made me uncomfortable.

Location was ok, but room has smell when we get in at night, AC wasn't on. Room size is ok, but the breakfast was awkward no tea, no egg, no juice just has coffee and pan cake. I told the front desk people to at least have tea bags and milk. We did not take breakfast at the hotel and went to Dunkin Donets. Hotel should remove Free Breakfast from their website so the customer will not confuse. Overall rating is 3 out of 6.

We stayed at Super 8 in Redlands, CA, for two nights while attending an event at NOS Events Center. Check-in was smooth since we booked through Hotels.com. However, our room, while "cleaned," was not actually clean. We had to wipe down surfaces, Swiffer the floor, and freshen up the space ourselves. The bed was comfortable, and the TV and free WiFi worked well. On our second day, our shower leaked, flooding the bathroom. The staff responded quickly to fix the issue and clean up, which we appreciated. However, the room needs updates—our sink was coming loose from the counter, and housekeeping seemed to prioritize speed over thoroughness. Breakfast was minimal, with pancakes, granola bars, and concentrated juice. While the staff was responsive, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing, especially for the price ($640 for two nights). Unfortunately, we likely won’t return.

I had to back and forth for my card key fon to work..the impression i got and reviews were totally different..very dissatisfied..

The staff are kind, accommodating, understanding and helpful. Well structured place and friendly people working there. Very much enjoyed my extended stay.

The room stinked of cigarette smoke, plus the thin cheap ass mattress prevented us from having a good night sleep. Peeps spend the extra $40.00 for a better hotel, it would be definitely worth it!!!!

Ne prenez pas la chambre 138, elle est à côté de la laverie et les gens parlent trop fort ici... Le petit déjeuner est juste du café et pan cakes... La chambre est neuve et propre.

Good place for the price

The staff are amazing and accommodating. The room was a bit dirty and run down a bit. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet. MIcrowave and fridge included which was great. For an inexpensive option it definitely works!

I found the hair on the floor hair in the bathroom where you take a shower I lifted the sheets to the bed and they were all dirty full of yellow stuff I don't even want to know what it was this is so disgusting

One thing I don't understand, why have metal sheets around the bed, it looks tacky and makes the room look less appealing. Room needs new courtins, they had holes.

The front office was very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately my room was not like pic . We unfortunately checked out earlier than planed once again Check in personal was supper nice just room was not what we expected .
