The check-in was absolutely terrible. There were homeless people immediately outside the entrance of the hotel that one of the staff was trying to deal with. The male staff behind the main counter had an attitude and was not pleasant to deal with. Thankfully the female was much nicer. We actually wouldn’t have stayed here had there been vacancy anywhere else within 15 miles.

Convenient location for my Rochester travel. Quiet location. Limited choices for the breakfast.

Overall it was good. However when I called the front desk I at 5 in the morning to let them know our toilet was stopped up, I was told to come get a plunger. When I went to the front desk I was taken into the laundry room and told to get a plunger. The plunger was on the floor behind some other things, with the rubber part the only part sticking out. I was told to reach down and get it. I asked to have the girl get it for me, but she said she couldn't. I replied that I couldn't get it either because my back was hurting and if I had to get it, I could very well hurt my back worse. She was not happy, but she finally found a plunger that had the rubber part wrapped in a plastic bag. She could have had a plunger waiting for me when I got to the front desk. I understand that they might not have maintenance at night, but they could have handled my need for a plunger much better.

Place to stay overnight. Easy access from highway. Outdated, breakfast options were poor.

Toilet wobbled when you set down on it, when turning water on in shower the whole faucet area moved and was kind of hard to turn on. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Friendly customer service.

Not super, but adequate 8. The bedding, shower, and general fittings are ok but a bit tired. Wouldn't come here on vacation. Staff nice enough, but very frustrated with manager's decision to not let me cancel one night (of five-night stay) when I had to leave early to avoid ice storm.

The parking lot had trash in shopping carts around the property. The showers only maintained hot water for about 90 seconds. Doors were being slammed all hours of the night. We decided to leave a day early and they would not refund my last day because they said i had to give them the opportunity to correct the issues.

The property was adequate and a good value.

Honestly, the people were super nice, place. Place was really dirty though and there was a hole in the wall in room 219 which is a little weird for me. I'm not used to holes in the wall, I'm guessing somebody fell out of bed, not sure how they got all the way to the wall but that's just what it looks like, it was fun to be there though, there was a cockroach in one of the rooms. We killed it. Hopefully management will take care of that. I'm deathly afraid of bugs. But that was pretty cool, I also thought that maybe we should have had a phone and like an iron in our room. But that's okay. We figured it out. My friend bought a steamer so I could steam my shirt so it didn't work out that I needed an iron, I'm also a little frustrated that the breakfast only had small waffles. I'm kind of a big waffle guy and there was only small waffles, I checked the milk to see if it was old but it wasn't. Overall I'd say we had a great stay. It was a little dirty in places and there was a Walmart cart that was tipped over outside of our room outside. But we looked past that to the outside world, I am super grateful for this place and the price. He's definitely right, these guys rock! Hope you all have a fantastic rest of your day. Frank

Roaches in our room and a used bar of soap in shower like it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest.

Complete list of issues is too long to list here. Main points were: Hotel is infested with more than one kind of bug, sex workers hangout out in front and inside the lobby, rooms are extremely dirty, and I was there for less than 15 minutes. Did not stay either of the 2 nights that were book and was refused a refund, as if the manager or owner would stay there. I would not allow my pets to stay in a hotel like this.
