Our arrival was delayed so I tried to call multiple times but never reached anyone. Got there the next day and explained the situation but they charged us triple what we booked it for because they said they gave our room away as a no show (even though they happened to have this one 2x bed room left). Due to an event in the area, prices were inflated and availability was slim. They took advantage of the situation with predatory tactics rather than any level of customer service.
The facility and cleanliness was decent. The second bed frame in our room was blocky, sharp, exposed metal and will certainly cause an injury lawsuit at some point though.
