Good location. Old hotel small rooms

Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great to relax at the spa, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. I truly appreciated the views of the mountains from the balcony.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!

Staff was very accommodating, laundry facility was handy, beds and pillows were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower.

The hotel was great but upon checking in , learned that my same room was 49.00 cheaper on booking .com , I was not impressed !

Beds were very comfortable, water pressure for the shower was great, it was walking distance to some good eats, love how the TV had all the connections to prime Netflix’s etc, and the AC was nice and cold

Limited Parking at the hotel especially if you arrive at night.

The main thing we found was it was inconvenient for two old people to haul all of their stuff upstairs two flights of steps

Room, carpet floor not clean, poor air conditioning, very noisy with doors slamming late into the night and early in morning as people came and left.

Room was large, bed was a little on the firm side, shower had lots of pressure. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold options. Staff was helpful in giving us info on dining options. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room

I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and overall no issues. It did seem like I was double charged but the issue seems to have fixed itself. While the area seemed okay - it was next to a gaming center and the side entrance felt a bit sketchy - my wife said someone was waiting for people to scan in so they sneak in. As someone with young kids I would only go here if no other options.

The rug on the stairs & corridor is old. Somehow stinks.

Property is run down and parking isn’t sufficient

The staff were very nice and they had a continental breakfast. That's about it for the positives. The building/room are very run down. On our cross-country drive, we stayed at much nicer places for half the money.

Skip this hotel entirely. Despite their claims, they are not dog-friendly. After a 10-hour drive, we found that even with a confirmed booking, they could not accommodate us. I’ve only seen service like this in third-world countries.
