Front door didnt lock, when it rains water enters the room, front desk will hand you towels to address the matter.

No elevator, the room smells of smoke and I wanted to extend my stay but the staff didn’t want to do it

The drywall needed to be fixed in the bathroom as you could see that the shower curtain was about to fall off again.

Will not stay here again. Beds were hard and had no comforter just a thin sheet and rough blanket, no hot water, noisy, breakfast was sparse. No fruit, muffins , etc that I’ve had at continental breakfast in any other hotel I’ve stayed in. No do not disturb sign for door. The super 8 in Brenham we stayed in was great but not this one.

Road noise is bad continously through out the night.

Worst cardboard mattress I’ve ever slept on, even after asking for a different room they still denied me and intentionally put my room closer to i-35 where you can hear every single car pass by.
