Our stay was excellent, even if we checked in at 1:05 am the staff was prepared and handed everything fast so we can go to our room quickly and rest. The amenities is good and what you will need for a short stay. It was clean too and organized. And it is a good place to stay since it is near to radium and golden. Both ways.

Standard hotel. Consistency required with cleanliness & upkeeping of the rooms. Bare minimum self-serving breakfast options. Hot options are toast and egg bites. Front desk staff, Brian was extremely professional. Our assigned room had issues and he managed that professionally by immediately attending to the root cause, acknowledging it, aplogizing and ensuring we got the resolution we need. He personally checked everything out before engaging us regarding the steps he took. We didn't expect that professionalism and gesture. Much appreciated to have met a staff like him that day.

The room we got at check-in didn't look like the room we booked on Expedia at all!! Our room was in the corner of the ground floor small, old and ugly looking. It didn't match the description and the pictures at all. The carpet looked gross and the bedding didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was clean but the shower had low pressure. The breakfast was very poor, we didn't eat anything. Lavazza coffee machine with the pods in the room was a nice touch, but there was no free pods in the lobby to take, you had to ask for them. Overall we had a disappointing experience. We don't recommend this hotel.

Very small room for double queen beds

Our room was comfortable and clean with a fully equipped kitchenette. We had a lovely mountain view. The breakfast had plenty of options with eggs, yogurt, a variety of breads, cereal, apples, juice and coffee. The staff members were very friendly.

The room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint was that the jacuzzi tub in our room was too small. I couldn’t get a full body soak.
