First of all the employees are Rude, thecondition of the property is run down and kind of shady.The reviews are not true , The other door to get in does not have security latch (busted off ) I reported a hole in my wall where someone ran their fist through it. See pictures. Do not believe what you read

Totally needs updating! Chair in our room was all torn up. Card key on door is so outdated I had hard time getting in our room. We got into our room and bathroom had less than half roll of toilet paper. Their so called breakfast was homemade blueberry muffins. Will never stay there again!

While the room was comfortable enough. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The wireless was great and the noise level was not too bad, being close to I75. Breakfast was a joke. I got down to the lobby at 7:30. The juice machine had an out of order sign, even though it was lit up and I could here the compressor working. The coffee was incredibly watered down. It had almost no taste. The only thing to eat were some mini muffins. It's a good thing there was a waffle house next door.

When we arrived we went to our room which does not look anything like the photos on here . No iron the desk chair half the weather was missing no bags for your dirty clothes I don’t have any no ice bucket the trim is falling off the walls. We had to watch going out the door because it was hanging in front of the door. Bathroom door would not shut. They whole place stunk I asked for clean towels didn’t have any we didn’t want them in our room, but they had no choice because the maid didn’t come in until 10:00 I asked that they be left at the front desk. They would not do that. They do not have a breakfast like they say. A storm came. We got an alert on our phone to take shelter. I ask where we were supposed to go to take shelter got towed that our room was our shelter. I highly recommend that you do not stay at this motel. It is not what it is supposed to be at all. We were very unsatisfied with our experience and what stayed somewhere else had we not already had this motel booked !! I checked for bedbugs first thing down in between the mattress, and the frame was food This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life I would highly recommend that you spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. This motel needs to be removed from motels.com because what they have pictures of is not correct please be cautious. Whatever they clean the tub in was so slick that my friend fell in the tub There is not enough space for me to type how bad it was literally.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Within just an hour of checking into the Super 8 in Middleton, Ohio, we received a rude phone call from the front desk YELLING at us to stop walking around because our room was above their office. This was incredibly unprofessional and upsetting—especially considering our children were sitting quietly eating their dinner. We had already emphasized to them the importance of being quiet since it was late, and they were doing an excellent job. On top of that, we discovered several dead bugs in the room, and there was no remote for the TV. When we went to the front desk to ask for one, we were told to just “find a button” because they didn’t have any remotes available. 10/10 do not recommend staying here. Honorable mention to Expedia for stepping in and trying to help resolve the issues—unlike the hotel staff

Both, night check-in and morning check-in, seemed to be busy on personal cell phones to notice customers waiting for service. Morning breakfast consist of five muffins, two coffees and apple/orange juice serving machine. Had to eat out.

The desk clerk was by far the rudest person he didn’t say not one word at check in I told him my name have him my ID he slid my key under the window and went and sat back down watching I think was a basket ball game. Don’t tell me anything about the facility where my room was nothing. The hotel looks ran down and old and the room was really horrible. I will not ever stay at that place again.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The motel asks for a $100 cash deposit on top of the room price which isn’t mentioned until arrival. To say the Motel was dated and ran down is a nice way off saying it’s a dump, which made me wonder about the deposit. No breakfast as advertised, they put out coffee and 2 small muffins for the entire motel. At check out I was expecting to get my $100 deposit back and a woman who checked the room came up to my wife and told her they’re keeping our deposit cause we burned a hole in the blanket on the bed! First of all we didn’t burn a hole in the blanket, it was already there. I noticed it as soon as we got in the room and pointed out to my wife. Second of all in no way shape or form was that 20 year old blanket worth more than $10. Basics the staff called us liars and refused to give any of our deposit back. I believe they do this as a means to rip off customers. They are nothing more than low life thieves!! If I wasn’t running so late I would have called the police on the employee who stole my $100. She refused to give me her name, refused to give me the managers name, or the owners name! Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump at all cost! It is the worst place I’ve stayed at my entire life. And the rudeness and unprofessionalism is by far the absolute worst if ever ran across!

Although the staff was fairly nice the room was absolutely disgusting. Not only did i have to fix my own sink, the toilet wasnt securely placed, one towel that looked used, they tried to charge me 60$ cash even after paying/booking ahead with a credit card, no breakfast, the cleaning lady would beat on the door at 9am sharp even though it wasnt my checkout date. I voiced my opinions and tried to find another hotel, to no avail. Dirty sheets and blanket... Never again!

Property was great. They need to put some stickers on the bottom of the bathtub so you don’t slip. They also need to let people know before they get there that the deposit for damages is cash only! They will not put it on a credit card especially if you go through a third party registration.

The night shift window staff is rude and lazy!! Door cards stop working had to get rep new cards 2 different times beds are wavy not comfy at all. Cheap and efficient pretty much fridge is not cold freezer frozen
