The room was very spacious, pretty clean, and had everything from a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.The AC was right by one bed which made it hard to get air to the opposite bed. Our top lock on the door was broken. The property is motel style which we were a bit iffy about but it was very quiet and no issues. The pool was closed. Breakfast was ok but the staff was on top of restocking everything.

Cheap but the rooms show why

No Internet, no pool...had a poorly cleaned room

There was NO WIFI, NO BREAKFAST, NO POOL. I had the deluxe king suite and there was mold around the tub, it reeked of smoke and bad food left from the previous people, no mirror anywhere, windows spray painted black and a door crack of 2 inches where mice can crawl under. There’s also never anyone at the desk before 3. I tried to contact them about this with Expedia but have had ZERO response.

Liked the price but didn’t like the flooded room we were given and lack of a refund that was promised.

The pool is not open nor does it look like it plans to be open ever. Lost of stuff in pool area making it look like a storage shed. Breakfast was alright, the build was very warm so much so it was cooler outside almost like air conditioning system was not on. For the price point I think they could do better.

Nothing good about it

Holes in wall and in batroom ceiling. Strange odors. Pool was closed no wifi No smart tv. Bed was very conformable. Free breakfast was like warmed up old food. Door was hard to lock. Very small coffee pot kid size. Ice machine was no where close to room for ice. During check in person could not speak english and had issues with security deposit. On 3 different cards came up as declined. But worked at bank near by and all food close by. Told them they are doing something wrong and showed the person funds in account. He said i dont know.

The hotel room was disgusting. The walls were dirty. The exterior was dirty. I left after one night and forfeited a second night in this hell hole hotel. The breakfast was stale bread.

Was a very nice stay for sure staff was great

It was ok. Needs to be remodeled. Rooms are old. Swimming pool was unavailable.

Older property run by a nice couple. Affordable place to stay for an overnight stay in Durango. Not centrally located to main dining and shopping area of Durango.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at any hotel.

Dirty, run down. In bad need of refurbishment! Would not stay there again.

Had to take a cold shower. Very disappointed.

Soft beds. Clean good pillows provided decent night stay no complaints

The tv would not work. The suggestions provided by the desk clerk over the phone did not solve the problem. She said she would send someone to our room. When no one arrived after 30 minutes and the show I wanted to watch was half over, I called the front desk back and told them to forget it, that I was going to bed. She offered to have someone fix it in the morning, but we were only staying one night. At breakfast, we arrived 30 minutes before it was due to close. There were no eggs or sausage left and no attendant to ask for more. We made do with mini muffins and coffee. An attendant arrived as we were leaving.

Discusting condition of room. NOT Wyndom conditions! Shameful. They should discontinue association

Scalding hot water came out of both faucets in sink and shower. Next night, no hot water. Finally got a shower third day but ran out of hot water after a few minutes.

The hotel was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
