we had an amazing experience. The room was great - advertised as 2 BR, it was really 3 . We loved the property. It was easy access to floors with 4 elevators and the carts we needed.

Condi was nice and right in the beach. Condo itself was a little dated and some issues but the staff was working on them when we were there.

The condo we had was very nice and clean, but it seamed to be the busiest place on the beach. It had grills, but you had to go buy charcoal for them. Overall it was fun.

Parking is not free as stated in the RSVP , there is no indoor pool at this Phoniex. There is also lots of constructions being done around the outside pool-- which is really relaxing! Our toilet was broken when we arrived and wasn't fixed until the next day. Great view-- that's it.. I would not stay at this one again.

This was a nightmare of an experience. My booking confirmation stated that the reservation was for 2 BR, one BR with a King Bed and the other BR with a Full Bed and a Bunk Bed. After we towed our in-laws and their 4 children (anticipating enough beds) to the beach we realized the room was wrong and wouldn't sufficiently accommodate the entire group. After notifying Kaiser Realty of the issue they told us that we needed to contact Hotels.com. We then contacted Hotels.com and they quickly offered $100 voucher which I refused because it was not a resolution. I was simply told there was nothing they could do and blamed the realty company on the mix-up. Upon arrival the Air Conditioning didn't work and the bathroom door was locked. After placing a phone call to the realty company they told us they weren't sure if they could get someone to the room since it was after normal working hours. After a few more phone calls and couple hours the maintenance crew arrived and fixed the aging HVAC unit and unlocked the door. The entire building is an aging asset and is in dire need of repair. There are no ice machines and only one drink machine on the grounds. Our specific unit (1107) was merely an investment with no tlc and was not well kempt. I will state that the Brett/Robinson staff was friendly and courteous the entire stay.

Wonderful stay at Pheonix 1. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. It was perfect.

Be aware there is a $151 extra charge (in fine print) payable when you arrive. Elevators were broken, kitchen rug had mildew. Staff were nice, but I won't be back.

We were disappointed with the condo for many reasons as you will realize when you read what needs to be improved.

Our neighbors, in a non smoking condo sat on their deck smoking continuously. it blew right into our bedroom and pocketed onour deck. On the 3rd night, we realized they weren't just casual smokers and called resort quest. we did get upgraged, moving was a pain and the location was not quite as nice for us. I hate seeing children in the hot tub, i mean toddlers, especially when there is a child pool.

Overall our unit at Phonix 6 was great . Naturally it would of made really easy to do the pick up and drop off of the keys at the Condo front desk opposed to getting off and on a busy Hwy 59

Perfect location. Loved walking right out to the beach every day. Family friendly and I liked that the parking entrance was gated with a security guard. We felt very safe.

Pros: Great area. Convenient to restaurants and three full service grocery stores. Phoenix 6 is a well maintained complex with a wide, clean, white beach. Nice pools with grills, tennis court, basketball court and boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. I'd stay in this area again. Unit 6604 has a covered parking space. Cons: Unit 6604 Phoenix 6 is dated, with a drawer missing in the master bath and hole in the master bedroom screen door. Surprised the noise from the unit above us was sooooo loud in unit 6604 at night. Partiers kept us up till 3am both nights they were above us. Recommendation: I'd stay at Phoenix 6 again and hope the upstairs renters are not jerks. If they are, I'll be more willing to move to a different unit.

Scheduled some days here for our babymoon and had a great time. The hotel was in a great spot close to restaurants, bars and other hang out spots. The rooms were dated but comfortable and the beds were almost as good as what we have at home. We were also scoping out spots for a family vacation and will definitely put this place on the list.

The beds are extremely hard, and the floors needed to be mopped. Other than that, we were fine.

We went here on Spring Break. It was a very nice place. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out, especially for the boys who had their own room. Kitchen was useful for breakfast and lunch. Having a washer and dryer was great too.
