It’s OK

This hotel is beautiful and set in a perfect location to access the hub of Kilkenny. The town is beautiful and clean. The car park was very accessible across the street and discounted at 8€ a day through the hotel.

Easy to get to. Parking was right across the street. Very walkable.

It’s hard to believe a modern hotel was built without air conditioning. It was too hot to sleep.

Rooms are hot. I understand the weather was unusual but the rooms we really hot

Everything was excellent. Only complaint was there was no AC and the room was sweltering. I understand AC isn't the standard but for a modern hotel you'd think you're paying for the comfort of sleep. Find a hotel that has AC if you know it'll be hot during your stay.

No air conditioning, no fridge in the rooms, no laundry as advertised, staff grumpy if you get there before check in time. Otherwise awesome location in the middle of everything, nice bar. Daily cleaning g of rooms was poor - coffee cups not cleaned and on two occasions, rubbish not removed.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful workout facilities. Staff was able to provide us with some amenities that were needed due to an injury and an early departure.

Really central location and a perfect base for exploring Kilkenny town on foot. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, but far too warm. We left the windows open overnight to try to keep it cool, which meant a lot of early morning noise from delivery trucks on the street below. There was a desk fan in the room, but that wasn't great, and it was very noisy too. Breakfast was a standard buffet, nothing special. The kids loved the pool, which is accessed via an underground walkway to the leisure centre across the road. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property was ok. The room was very small and uncomfortable. It was incredibly hot and there was no fan available. They wanted to charge us to use the pool.

There is no AC and we were promised fans (they never gave them) when it was 90 degrees. Beware of staying here in the summer! Gym is OLD!!!!! Worst night of our trip!

Excellent hotel and staff. Parking is across the road and when validated by hotel is 8 euros.

Good but casino was rate below. Very loud though most of the night

Unfortunately a hens night woke us in the early hours (which is not the hotels fault). The hotel staff were very apologetic and offered discount if we had of being staying longer, which we were not. Room very large and comfortable but problem with toilet flushing.
