The reviews threw me off for what I was expecting. Location is a 5 min walk from the train station but that walk was very questionable. Pictures do not show that the property is buried between allies with graffiti all over the walls. Left at 4am for a flight and there was trash all over the street. The area was one thing that is not in the hands of the hotel, but cleanliness is. The bathroom sink stunk of mildew which was awful. A simple drain clean and scrub could eliminate this, but instead you can see the gunk build up and most of all smell it! Imagine wanting to freshen up and getting hit with that smell. Brushing your teeth and washing your face was excruciating. Breakfast area seemed nice but was not able to experience it. Enjoyed the complimentary sweets at the entrance. Would not return to this location personally.

Naples nice hotel. Good size room and bathroom. Comfortable and clean. The bed was just soft enough for me. It was really close to the train station which was a plus. The area wasn’t great but I would book it again. I didn’t get breakfast there so couldn’t say anything about that.

A clean hotel in a convenient location for the station.

This is by far, the worst hotel we've stayed at in Europe. This hotel needs a complete upgrade, starting from the rooms. The rooms need to eliminate all carpeting, as it attracts so much dirt and allergens. Having them, forces the cleaning staff to clean with such harsh chemicals and foul-smelling cleaners or deodorants. As soon as we entered the room, all of us kept sneezing due to the strong odor of the cleaning solution. Even with opening all windows, the smell didn't go away. They were seeped into the carpeting. The bathroom is very old with moldy tiles and showers. The plumbing fixtures & the hair dryer look like they were there since the 70's. The amenities were non-existent...no gym, no bar, no spa, only the sad view of the dilapidated & dirty buildings outside. For the amount of money you pay, it is definitely not worth the stay.

Very quaint boutique hotel!!

The room was very clean and the bathroom was quite large. Its location was perfect, near the train station, but a few blocks away so it was very relaxing.

This was located a very comfortable short walk to the train station, sites, restaurants. The streets were well light at night and seemed quite safe. The common areas and rooms were in excellent condition and very clean. The beds comfortable. They had a nice breakfast for purchase but we ate out on the town.

The staff was wonderful! The room was clean and quiet. There is no parking - on street or near. There is a garage that they use, €30 a day. You must have cash.

Room was really clean, staff very friendly and easy to get to from the train station. Taxi and uber were easy to order and walking distance to tourist spots.

A very reasonably priced Ibis plus the location is unbeatable.

This hotel was walkable from the Naples central train station with many restaurants and cafe close by. The room was in great condition. It was modern, clean, with food options in the hotel if we so chose. The bedroom was great, with air conditioning. It had a blow dryer that worked. The window overlooked the train tracks so you felt the vibrations on the train when they went by.
