The owner refused me service because she continued to confuse me with another guest who didn't treat the room well. And then she gave me a damaged room and told me to pay a very high deposit so that should I leave the room I would have to pay for the damages other guests caused. So smartly, before I fully entered the hotel room I took pictures and show them to the hotel manager ahead of time before she could charge me and take my deposit. She clearly seemed embarrassed that the gig was up and she was forced to give my complete deposit back.
Now upon returning to this same hotel, I paid for a reservation after realizing there were four rooms available; however, after paying for the full reservation she refused me service and took the money and refused to return it in a refund. So therefore I lost an entire room stay and my money after booking it through hotels.com. I requested a complete refund and wanted to book a different hotel with better customer service. However since she did not release the funds back to hotels.com, hotels.com only gave me some mythical virtual points which I could not use for an alternate hotel after trying 20 times!!! Now I'm asking for a complete refund for it to go back into my bank account because the whole ordeal has turned into one big scam and it's giving hotel.com a very bad name. I would recommend that this hotel be taken off any consideration for any virtual bookings due to the vindictive and wicked customer service from management.
