Room was clean and the staff was excellent. The front girl that checked us in was the best, really sweet and nice. Hotel was really clean and always willing to help

The reason for my poor review has nothing to do with the staff. They were amazing super friendly and really kind. My issue was the room and hotel itself it is dated, dirty and specifically really dusty. The shower and ceilings were so gross. The shower didn’t even operate normally. We also had no heating and the water was cold. The only way you could make the shower warm is if you flushed the toilet. The photos on the website do not show the state and reality of what this hotel really looks like. I unfortunately will never be staying at this hotel again and urge you not to. The staff great but hotel disgusting.

The staff and everyone went above and beyond but they didn’t read our comments pre-stay which is the only reason it’s 4 and not 5, we had a great stay

Very nice large room with comfortable beds and a fresh clean bathroom. Drinks making facilities and decent toiletries in large bottles. The batteries had died in the tv remote and when I swapped them around to get it working I discovered there were no channels broadcasting in English- would be good to have at least one. Breakfast very nice though extremely busy. Location good.

I was upgraded on arrival to a family suite. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Comfortable bed allowing a great nights sleep.

The room cleanliness was very good. The breakfast was extensive, fresh, and had multiple options. The gym downstairs was large (Stockholm large) and with multiple machines and free weights.

Great hotel

This place was incredible. It is in a highly walkable area with lots to do. The hotel itself is very nice, and has one of the nicest buffet style breakfasts I've ever encountered.

Location was great for bus connection to airport. Good location for getting into city centre, walkable or underground station 10 mins walk. Area seemed very quiet. Hotel had all facilities we required, room was good size, bed comfortable. Breakfast had good range of options. Only downside 1of 4 lifts was out of order for 6 days. Would stay again.

Great venue and walking distance to suburban underground for commute to Centrum. My initial experience with a taxi from the central railway was 300% of regular fare. Beware of scam taxi practice and check with hotel for regular service.

Quiet area, easy walk to bus and restaurants

The 11 story hotel has zero air conditioning. If you visit during a heat wave expect your room to be above 80F all night.

Really happy with my stay overall, a clean quiet room, really friendly helpful staff and the most amazing buffet breakfast I’ve ever seen! The bed was too soft for me but otherwise all good!

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Rather obnoxious staff, no information at point of booking that hotel lacks AC. My room was 25 degrees and windows locked so can only open a small crack. The windows were locked and staff not willing to unlock them as they see it as a risk and have a policy to declare their guests incapable of staying safe in a room with open windows. Totally crazy policy, no willingness to help by staff and I cancelled my Elite frequent customer account. Never staying with Elite again. A joke of a hotel chain and sad that I am made to feel like a 12 year old when I stayed there. Never felt like that with Strawberry, Hilton or Best Western. Would have been an easy fix but judging by previous reviews, this is not the first time.
