Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hit breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean.

The beds were super comfortable. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Fast and easy check in.

Check in was horrible. Got to the motel and was told that they did not see my reservation. Told me i would have to contact hotels.com. i would have rather been able to tall to someone instead of doing a computer chat. In the end it took nearly an hour to check in.

Perfect spot before a trip to Pittsburgh from Upsate NY

It was a quick overnight trip so I wasn't there long. The experience was quick and the room was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast the next morning was a nice perk.

Bathroom sliding door had broken latch difficult to open. Need a warning sign for Shower head facing the curtain. We flooded the bathroom because of the direction of the showerhead. Beds comfortable. Need to tell people there is an outside door to the rooom. I walk with a cane and was assigned the 2nd last room. If I knew about the outside door I caouls have saved myself a long walk and drove to my room.

Staff was very accommodating. Room could have been detail cleaned a little better. Beda were comfortable.

Great helpful and personable staff! Wonderful breakfast too! Unfortunately, our Bathtub in room 212 did not drain so we were standing in dirty water while showering. Ew!
